As I was walking out of this establishment with my food, I happened to witness my own vehicle being towed away. Noted, I had parked exactly behind the building and asked the employees if I had permission to park there, to which they replied that I absolutely could. After a conversation with the towing company, they stated that when the restaurant next door was closed, Bagles and Noodles, the parking lot was strictly off limits to parking. The Burgerque staff was oblivious to this parking lot rule and stated that this was the first time it had ever happened. Unfortunately this meal ended up costing me $112 instead of $12. I sincerely question the professionalism of a restaurant that can’t seem to work out the parking regulations with the restaurant next door and force their customers to pay the price for their mistakes.

Best burgers in town, hands down. Everything about BurgerQue is awesome. Kick ass staff, great music, and delicious tater tots. I drive from millhopper twice a week just to grab a burger and tots.
