While the gas station itself is pretty worn out looking, this burger is absolutely worth the drive and worth the stop. Made to order on a flat top grill with fresh beef and made better than the chains do it. Fries were also hot, crispy and yummy. About $10 for the burger and fries at the time of my post. They had many other food choices and I intend to try them all. You can grab a drink from the store and pay all at once, there is an eating area up front that provides a perfect view of everyone coming and going. I’ll go back and you should too.

Burgers and Chile Loco are still awesome homemade burgers after all these years. Do not let this burger location fool you, that this is not a five star burger, just because it is located inside of a convenient store! The quality and consistency of the taste, portion size and customer service, is unbeatable. Best Burger around Lavon / Wylie / Rockwall area (on Homemade Buns, that are made fresh every day)!

This was one of the best store-bough/restaurant burgers I’ve ever had, and that’s sayin’ somethin’. The grilled jalapenos (fresh, not pickled) were perfectly placed, the beef perfectly seasoned, and everything about the burger was delicious. Not to mention the price was excellent too. Heartily recommended.
