The food is absolutely amazing in a very cozy environment. The chili cheese tater tots are to die for. And the bacon that comes on the Smokehouse Burger is by far the best bacon I’ve ever had!

Angela (at the Bar & outdoor patio) MADE OUR EXPERIENCE AMAZING. Angela is friendly, attentive, and focused on providing a memorable experience for Guests. Our family went for a hike in the Wasatch Forrest, and stopped in to Burgers & Bourbon for an early dinner on our way back to Park City. The outdoor patio is super cute & casual, with picnic tables & a fire pit. The burgers are OUTSTANDING and (of course) the bourbon selection is plentiful. Be sure to try the tater tots! So delish. Reservations may be preferred – we called 30 minutes prior to verify availability & confirm our casual hiking attire was acceptable for an impromptu dinner. Thank you to Angela for being amazing and creating a fun memory for our family. We appreciate YOU!

We are locals that usually love the nachos here but last night they weren’t very good. Very little steak and A LOT of beans. Not much else. It’s too bad, they are usually spot on. Hopefully doesn’t mean it’s going downhill. Also, $7 for a can of Diet Coke?? Hopefully next time will be better.

The service is so poor that it overshadows the great atmosphere. The food is just ok. We would not recommend and would not go back. Two of our burgers were served with a very red center when both were ordered well done. One person kept the burger and ate it even though it wasn’t served as ordered, but the other person had to send it back because it was not edible. The burgers were ok otherwise, but not necessarily worth the price. Our kid’s food came out after the raw burgers. We had planned to order a second round of drinks and the shakes for desserts, but the waiter, without us asking, set our check on the table and walked off. We figured that was our punishment for asking for one burger to be served as ordered. We paid the bill (no comp offered for the uncooked burgers) and left disappointed. No manager came by to ask if everything was ok after the raw meat was sent back. Other service issues signaled a severe lack of training. This could be a great place if the service was better and the burgers were actually cooked as ordered. Why ask how you want them cooked if you are going to serve them raw every time anyway? We noticed after the fact that several other reviewers had similar experiences. If you like raw ground beef, you will love this place.

Absolutely abysmal service. Waiter practically ignored us and there were very few people in the restaurant. Nachos were ok. Drinks were good.

Absolutely loved the burgers. Had the Lux with fois gras and truffles. Very unique and just succulent. I preferred the sweet potato fries the best of the trio of potato sides. And the wings were very good… bourbon bbq was perfect.

You can’t go wrong with dining anywhere in the Montage, but this was easily our favorite option. Their nachos are ridiculous (several light eaters from our party shared them as their one entree and still couldn’t finish them). Best chili I’ve ever had. We tried several different burgers and all of them were great. Fries in all forms were perfect (I preferred the sweet potato fries myself). Salads weren’t bad either. All of it was well complemented by a selection of delicious brews and a large, varied bar.

It’s a great place to kill some time and play cards with the family. Bourbon and burgers were on par. The gold mine bourbon drink was one of the best bourbon drinks I have ever had. Cheers!

Great place to hang out apres ski. You don’t have to be staying at Montage to eat here. Go outside around the firepits and in the warmer months there is live music outside. Great nachos…….just valet your car and walk in the front door and go left to the end of the corridor to the back of Apex restaurant.

We had high hopes for this place which is why we brought out of town family to try it. It took half an hour to get our drinks, then another 20 minutes for our burgers and chicken fingers for our niece, totaling 50 minutes which is a very long time for two kids under 6.
