3rd visit in 3 years. First visit burger was awesome in 2021, second visit burger was awesome in 2022 , third was tonight was it was a slight disappointment. Grilled chicken sandwich was delish but fried chicken sandwich was a fail. Breast way too big, tasted like old oil, crust fell off, slaw was from a bag and very bland, sauce wasn’t tasty. No pickle. Popeyes is better. Seasoning is missing on chicken, sauce on bun ….I didn’t taste at all due to taste of grease and slaw should be homemade. Onion rings were thin, crispy and hot and very good. Staff was rushed to close. Empty place at 8:50 pm. Price was reasonable if food is a step above fast food.

On a whim, I decided to try this place. I was not disappointed. The sweet potato tots alone would have been worth the stop! The Ragged Branch burger was fantastic, and cooked perfectly. I can’t wait to visit again!

I came on a Monday. Was very slow. I was the only one in there for probably 20 min. Service was okay buy did lag a little bit. I had the Burgersmith burger. It was tasty but not as good as I remembered them being. I also had the garlic fries. They were alright.

Burger was decent, but way overpriced. French Fries were cold and hard.. all together was a regular burger and fries and 1 soda… 20$.. should have gone to 5 guys for that price and had a way better burger, fries, and drink.

I always go here to complete emails or bring the family on weekends. Outstanding food and bar. Always very clean and one particular waitress, Holly, has always been more than helpful and ahead of the game. She knows what we like and sees to it everyone gets what they need. Didnt know this before i picked up my food. That the burgers and sandwitches DON’T come with fries. The only sandwitches that come with fries are the kids food. This is supposed to be a cooked to order place not fast food. Even fast food places have burgers that come with fries. Why would a sit down restaurant serve food with no fries. I called in the order to go and the person didnt even let me know that the regular sandwitches come with sides at all. Dont you think you should tell your customers that beforhand ? Thats a first that i have never seen before. And thats why im giving it 1 star.
