Found out in the worst possible way that the lid was not secure on my large raspberry lemonade. It slipped out of my hand and exploded. I got to ride home in a puddle. Then, I spent the next hour cleaning the inside of my car. Beige upholstery really shows raspberries well. The little that was left in the cup was tasty. Bright spot?

I always want Burgerville to be a little better. I like the vegan option. I tried the fried pickles this time. That little extra is always missing. Good but not great. This time the service was so slow! Maybe not the restaurants fault but they needed another person at least.

I just wasted $26! On a North West Cheese burger, Halibut fish sandwich, small fry and lg strawberry milkshake. The only thing edible were the fry’s. The burger tasted nothing like they have before! The meat patty was so gross 3 bites and my daughter could not eat more. She said there something bad wrong with the beef patty. The fish sandwich was drowning in tarter sauce and they forgot the pickles! But that much sauce felt like I was being punked forsure! Then the shake!! Did not even taste like ice cream! Was so gross!! Tasted sour!! Just like yogurt. Tasted like room temperature strawberry yogurt!

Solidly average. The food is forgettable, but not in a bad way—it’s just something that’s meant to hit the spot when you’re craving a burger and fries. The fries are actually better than I would expect from a fast food chain, and their shakes are pretty good, too. I do think they’re overpriced for what you get, but they haven’t disappointed me yet.

We eat here because the food is hormone and antibiotic free. The problem is the burgers are always cold. I’ve literally never had a warm burger from here… The fish and chips are always hot at least.

At first glance, the burgers look like something you’d get at the golden arches, and the fries from some red head. But what you really get is a golden arches burger with flair and eh fries…. Unless you get the truffle oil fries. They weren’t my personal favorite, but I can see how other people would like them.
