Was waiting for a flight decided to grab a quick bite to eat. They had an easy to read menu, with a smiling face to receive your order. My order was done in six mins. Both burgers were hot with fresh veggies on them. The meat was actual meat. Bacon was cooked well. A bit too much mayonnaise for my taste. All in all, a decent burger for a decent price. Would buy another one. Wife also enjoyed hers.

Only ordered a large classic fry and 2 bottles of coke. Waited 10 min for my large fry for it to be half full. I watched other fries get filled fuller in the 10 min of waiting. Asked the guy with blue green hair filling fries and who was working sloth speed ” This is a full large fry?” And was told in a snarky tone “yes!”. I will never eat at this business again. Rude, slow staff, and for the price chintzy amount of fries. Also I tipped for what? Terrible service and half of a large fry. I want my tip back!

Waffley fries are pretty good.. not too hard not soft. Strawberry lemonade is pretty sour but have bites of strawberries. Regular straw will not work to suck strawberry chunks. No.6 burger is pretty good, patty is very juicy inside. Bit more veg will be good. For almost $8, I don’t know if its size is small? My personal thought..

Burgerville is my favorite fast food in the pacific NW, and this location was great when I went. Quick service, and delicious breakfast sandwich and hash browns.

This was my first visit to Burgerville. That was also in Terminal D, pdx airport after 8 pm. Me and my husband liked the burgers there. It was a value for money. We loved the “Fresh Strawberry Milkshake”. It was so creamy, thick and tasty made with ice cream and fresh strawberries. While returning from our trip, we again visited there just for this milkshake.

Among the best fast food service I’ve ever had. Visited at 4:30pm on a Sunday. Staff were professional and friendly, went out of the way to caution about a defective milkshake lid before handing to us. Fries were stuffed to overflowing; we were asked about sauces we wanted and sauces were set out and available for grabs including ketchup, mayo, and mustard. Bacon cheeseburger had the perfect proportion of toppings: bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickle, and red onion. Vegies were fresh and crunchy, the burger patty taste approximated restaurant quality. Strawberry and chocolate milkshakes were both rich and creamy (although the chocolate shake wasn’t mixed all the way), and the strawberries were blended small enough to sip through the straw. Prices were higher ($9-10 for a burger alone, $6 for 16oz shake) but consistent with airport pricing. Altogether a surprising and refreshing airport fast food culinary experience.

The vegetarian/vegan options for breakfast were surprisingly good! Waffle fries were better than the hash browns, which were in dire need of some salt. Luckily everything else made up for it. Don’t miss the milkshakes made from Alpenrose dairy ice cream!

It’s fast food you can expect much… burger was 2.6/10 and the chicken sandwich was 3.8/10. Also take it with a grain of salt. I was starving.

Had both my first and last meals in Portland ion my arrival to and departure from the city. High quality burger which is advertised as antibiotic free beef which is great. Meals had nice portion sizes and staff were polite and friendly and most importantly very efficient
