I’d been wanting to try Burgerville all week so on Friday decided to give it a try and was super excited. Waited in the drive through line for 30 minutes, got home and took a big bite out of my burger to see that it was almost completely red all the way through. So was my husband’s. That was such a bummer. If you want a well-done burger be sure to check before you get home! That being said, I went back the next day to get a refund and they were really understanding and gave it to us. I’ll come back eventually to give it another try.

So here’s the deal this place is a hit or a miss the last time the family and I went to eat here. The first complaint was we placed a online order we waited for around 25 mins nothing at all so we went in the restaurant and the woman at the register was like oh yeah it’s right here the food was already cold our drink was nothing but water and was not even filled the whole way. The 2nd time which was today we ordered a small order some chicken strips a chocolate hazelnut shake and colossal burger. The chicken strip were extremely small maybe 2 inches if that the chocolate hazelnut was made with vanilla and was not even close to what I ordered and my burger was cold and the cheese that was supposed to be on the burger was pretty much not there. I guess I understand the establishment gets super busy but come one needs improvement big time.

This was quite good which is no surprise as it’s Burgerville. The Walla Walla onions are out and their WWO BBQ burger is quite a refreshing change of pace. 1/4 or 1/2 lb burger with BBQ slaw, not sure how good slaw would be alone but on the burger it’s quite tasty. Walla Walla onion rings are always top notch. A little on the pricey side but everything is nowadays. Their quality has not dipped and they never disappoint. Clean place, good staff, manager seemed capable.

My hometown comfort food. The “spread” on their burgers are not for everyone but they make me remember my childhood. A small burger, no ketchup with spread and throw a handful of fries in it and you have my high school years. The food overall is great. They source local products and the fries are always hot and fresh. The strawberry shortcakes in June are a must have. Again, not for all but a definite stop when I am in Vancouver WA. Don’t tell my Texas neighbors this but…better fries than Whataburger.

The food is okay, nothing special. I’m leaving one star because the meal was outrageously expensive. 24 bucks for a double bacon cheeseburger, fries, and a large shake? Are you kidding me? I’ve had way better burgers for half the price. I legitimately hope this place goes out of business.

This is my Favorite location! Always make it a point to stop in when out this way. Service is excellent, food is so fabulous and fresh to order every time! (not just some times like some)Oh and CLEAN.. Spotless, 50’s vibe in dining room. ALL of these things truly sets this Burgerville apart from the others I’ve been too.
