Hands down the worst Ruebn I have ever had. It was two crustinies and a cute little bit of meat. Arby’s tops this Ruben with half the cost…. I expected quality and got typical airline food…. Big pass on the Ruben.

Ummmm I failed to read any google reviews before coming here, shame on me. Ordered chicken tenders and fries($20), frozen fries and pre cooked chicken fingers! I am not at Costco! I’m at a sit-down restaurant. Yes, as said in other reviews ( fries are super greasy and taste as if they were cooked in ancient oil!) Bypass this place, don’t even look in, go down the hall to Chili’s or Quiznos or anywhere else, if you are running short on time -grab snacks at Hudson news, you can’t go wrong with chips, nuts and bottle water!

Daryn was rude and unprofessional. After walking up to the counter, I asked for a cocktail menu. Daryn said he had it all in his head. I asked Daryn if he had any specialties. He in return asked me if I was good at what I do for a living because after 20 years of bartending, he was good at his. I asked Daryn for a Moscow mule. Daryn made the mule with only vodka and ginger beer. When I asked for lime, he didn’t have any. I told Daryn lime was a key ingredient in the taste of the mule. He said vodka was key and then asked me if I wanted the leftover lime juice from the container. I stated no and asked for another drink. I ordered wine at this point because I no longer trusted Daryn to make any cocktails. While waiting to pay, another customer walked up and asked a Daryn for crackers because his son was sick. Daryn responded no, that he was the only cracker available. The man walked off. At this point, I knew the level of service I received from Daryn was because of my gender and race. I didn’t want to think that initially. Daryn then tried to explain that he just returned from a week of leave and was having a bad day. I noticed Winfred walking by and explained the experience I just had with Daryn. Winfred apologized and said it would be discussed and offered complimentary items from the food shop next door.

This is by far the worst David Burke I’ve ever been to. Being from New Jersey I have had excellent experiences at his restaurants, but this is truly garbage. Dave time to step it up chef, this is tarnishing your name and brand. I’m posting a picture of the pizza I had, which I can get better frozen from my local Shop Rite.

I have a Turkey Club Panini with an upgrade to cheese fries with asiago cheese and truffle oil. Everything had good flavor. I had to rearrange the fixings on my sandwich so they weren’t all piled in the middle (which seems to be a common problem for me most places I order sandwiches.)

1 star is too high. The waitress was great, but the hostess was rude. The self-ordering instructions are on the table with a QR but it isn’t an actual option to use. When asking the hostess about it’s apparent malfunction, she was rude.

Front cashier named Kimberly was super rude and couldn’t be bothered to stop chatting with other staff to take your order. Then dangles the bag just out of reach while she continues to chat with the staff. Do not recommend.
