Not only is their pizza absolutely delicious, but their customer service is outstanding! I recently planned a community movie night and they generously sponsored mouthwatering pizzas for the event. The food is delicious. I’ve tried the pizza and wings. Their hot honey drizzle sets my order off each time. I appreciate the way they will update the menu to remove items when their inventory is low. And I love the pizza deal on Monday. Check them out!

The staff was very helpful. They suggested I download the App to get a discount on my pizza. I was having trouble and the owner came out to help me. The place was clean. The pizza toppings bins were clean and not spilling over into one another. If you have visited some of the competitors in the area, you know what I mean. My family is vegan and they have lots of vegan options. The only thing I would improve is the seating area. I would have more of it. But BurnBox fits the seating arrangement of this type of establishment.

Went for the 1st time yesterday! There were a lot of young adults working there and I’m so pleased to say that they made it a GREAT experience. They were all happy and greeted us as soon as we walked through the door, they made us feel welcomed, they handled a difficult customer very graciously and still kept a positive attitude with other customers when the rude one left. They asked if they weren’t sure of an answer to a question I had being that it was my 1st time there. Also the pizza was AMAZING!!! I will be back!!! I wish I had gotten the names of the people on that shift. I was there around 6:30 or 7p on 7/31/23! GREAT customer service!!!!

I ordered the crab catcher and it was delicious, only it was a bit too salty. My husband got the plant lover and my son got the meat me up – they both loved them. I will definitely order from here again. Plus the great thing about BurnBox is for every pizza you buy they donate a pizza to the community. May God bless them abundantly!

Second time ordering from this place. I was excited about an artisan pizza establishment in my area. First order, crust was love with attention to rise and still crisp. Order placed today, crust was very flat with no highlighting notes. Still trying to figure out is this a hand tossed artisan shop or a neo politan shop.
