This, by far, is one of the best kept secrets in town. The bar-b-q is delicious! They have a catfish buffet (with shrimp and frog legs and more) on Friday night and a barbeque buffet on Saturday night. They also have a breakfast buffet, but I have not been there yet. You won’t go wrong when you go to Burn’s!

Next stop on our BBQ Crawl from Louisiana to Quebec is “Burn’s”Tried the chicken thigh sandwich, pretty good with coleslaw inside ! Owner makes his own sauce out of raw ingredients. Meats are cooked in charcoal briquet fired rotisseries and hickory wood chips for smoke flavouring.

The seafood buffet is really good to eat on Friday nights. We have boil shrimp, fry catfish and okra, fries, corn on the cob. Then we have coleslaw, potato salad on the bar.
