Criminal ! Wife picked us up 2 sliced brisket sandwiches , Mac & Cheese and a banana pudding. The pudding tasted of chemicals , the M&C was uneatable and then there was the sandwiches. Probably almost 1lb per sandwich which I couldn’t believe , easily enough meat for 2 sandwiches. But the meat couldn’t be chewed ! I can bite through leather but could only get through about half the slices. My wife threw hers in the trash because she can’t chew through leather. My pit bull terrier couldn’t chew it ! She ate by swallowing a couple pieces and brought 2 pieces back and laid at my feet. I’ve never seen anything like it ! Never go/come here , ever !!! In picture are pieces myself then my dog tried to eat unsuccessfully. Chips were a personal add after tasting the M&C again – uneatable !

The customer service here was horrible. They messed up my order and blamed me for their mistake. Ordered a bake potato with meat and the other items on the side with a single order of mac and cheese. Got home, no meat, no mac and cheese. It’s my bad for not checking, but still the order was incomplete. So rather than trying to make it right, the gentleman constantly said “you should’ve checked it”. Well you should’ve gotten it right in the first place. Horrible experience. I will never use this place again.

Food is great service not so much. I ask the Oder lady what she recommended and she pointed to the bored and was like there is the menu. Was very impatient when I ordered and looked irritated. Try to order on the app 18 minutes before they closed it said they were sold out went up to the store store they was already closed at 6:46.

I just bought loose cut brisket dinners at about 630pm. I got home and the brisket was PINK AND BLOODY!!! I ate at the original Burns BBQ when Mr.Burns was living and I was excited to see it come the Krogers in my area. Unfortunately, I will not patronize this location EVER AGAIN AND THE YOUNG GIRLS WHO SERVED AND SOLD THIS FOOD TO ME SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF EMBARRASSING The BURNS name with the potential food poisoning that I received. I trashed it because they closed at 7pm and wouldn’t have made it in time to return it!!! Needless to say Very disappointed!!

We went to the new Burns Bistro in Kroger in Summerwood. We paid $19.00 for a pound of brisket. The brisket was very chewy and stringy and extremely fatty. Some of the tougher pieces were not cut across the grain. I am disappointed because it is not the quality that the original Burns BBQ served.

I really wanted some early morning BBQ so stopped by at 10:30 and found out that they didn’t open until 11am so I decided to wait. I returned and ordered beef, links, beans and dirt rice. I must say it was worth the wait. The staff was polite and friendly. The food was very good. I highly recommend this location. Thank you exceeding my expectation!

I finished my plate clean lol…. Mac and cheese was so delicious along with potato salad, dirty rice, half chicken and boudin. I’m thinking the best time to go is when they first open do the food can be fresh.

I ordered the a chopped beef sandwiches and let me tell you, they don’t skimp on the meat. And the sauce is really amazing. Love this place. I’ve been here 2 Saturdays in a row. Now my son and husband love them too. My go to BARBQ PLACE!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️
