Oh my goodness! That was the yummiest grilled cheese sandwich I think I’ve ever had. Ya gotta get the burnt side down. It was so yum. They staff were super lovely. I will definitely be coming back!

Burnt Side Down is amazing ! The sandwiches were beyond delicious. Our entire table shared all the different varieties we ordered and we couldn’t believe how yummy they all were. So many different flavor combinations so everyone will be happy as well as very generous portions. The staff was awesome and it’s by far the cutest food truck in Bellingham.
