I understand people do not get paid a ton of money to work here, but I still expect better customer service. The two guys working were nice! The two women appeared super annoyed we were there at 720pm. I found a bone in my food (I ordered the chicken burrito bowl). They did not seem to care. Also they put my food in to-go containers but we ate in. This place used to be good. Food was not good, hubby threw away his. Won’t be back.

Wow! Such good food and the service was awesome. Very friendly staff, portions were huge and so flavourful. When we went it was empty so it was quiet for our lunch. I would highly recommend trying the steak burrito bowl because the flavours meld so well. I am definitely going again and if you’ve never been, get there you will not regret it. Thank you Burrachos for the best Mexican fare I’ve had in Eau Claire.

Very disappointed $9.00 for burrito then to be charged $2.37 for a squirt of queso cheese is crazy same with the burrito bowl got charged $2.37 for guacamole. The meat was burnt and it was 11:00 a.m. not happy

First time dining in and I chose the barbacoa burritos and honestly I am so in love with it. Just absolutely thrilled and happy dancing while eating it. The folks here were so nice and answered all of my questions about the food. And were great about my allergy! Will definitely be returning!

Way too pricey for the small amount of food. $14 for a smallish salad, chips and queso, and a drink? Definitely won’t buy again. Qdoba has more food, better, and lower price.

I love the food but I wish these places would wash their hands before putting on gloves. If you don’t wash your hands first you. Any possible have clean gloves on. Next the contaminated gloves go into the food. Then took off gloves rang me out and handled dirty money and put a new pair of gloves on but didn’t wash hands first and was putting dirty gloved hands in the food for the next customer.
