I would absolutely recommend this place if you are looking for authentic Mexican food! you can taste it in every bite! The menu is easy to read and understand yet has a lot of options to choose from! and you can get any burrito in a bowl! the Churros and homemade cream are to die for! and the shrimp taco paired with their peanut sauce is fire! and did i forget to mention they have handmade tortillas!!!! new restaurant with super friendly owners and amazing customer services. Only offering food that he would put on his kitchen table, so you know its good! but i don’t see this one going away anytime soon.

I absolutely love this place. Their price point for fast casual is lower than most and you’re getting some really high quality tacos. I love the chorizo and the shrimp tacos there. Plus amazing beverage selection. They even have home brewed cold coffees. Try the Mexican spice.

Las Gorditas Ricas is my favorite quick service Mexican restaurant in Salem. They have a wide variety of food from tacos to burritos and if you’re carb conscious they have bowls. The staff are friendly and food arrives quickly.

FRESH, FRESH, FRESH!!!!!!!!!!There is nothing more exciting than fresh authentic Mexican food. My first impression is how clean the restaurant is outside (YES OUTSIDE) and inside. Had the privilege to meat the owners and the chefs yesterday (12.29.19) for dinner and lets talk about how welcome and friendly they are. It felt as I was walking in to my my family’s house.

Menu online is different than what’s available inside, Wasn’t impressed 2 workers guy and girl had no clue what was on the menu one girl was on her phone the entire time she had to call the owner to see if they could make what was on the menu the guy who took my order kept forgetting items I had to remind him multiple times food was cold wasn’t enjoyable. I have heard great things about this place but my experience I won’t go back if these 2 employees are working.

Food is amazing but the hours listed on google don’t reflect their actual hours. Saturday at 6 and they are closed, girl closing up says “it just depends when we’re open”. How are we supposed to know when to come eat?

I’ve been here twice now. The first time was very pleasant. Food was good and service was friendly. The second time I ordered two menudos to go. Unfortunately I didn’t look at what each menudo should cost, so I don’t know if I only recieved a single serving or if I got both, either way I was quite disappointed when I got home. For $18 I recieved a single container, 3 tortillas, 5 lime wedges, cilantro, red onion, and dried chilies. On a side note, they added a churro with whipped cream which was a pleasant surprise, unfortunately unwanted. I’ve attached photos from both experiences. Bottom line, I will go back but only to eat there, no more take out.

Very impressive for a delivery only location. I ordered the All American Burrito, and not only was it humongous (pen for scale) it also arrived very quickly, so much so that the fried food inside was still crispy and delicious. 10/10 worth the money, will order again.
