I absolutely love this food truck that has the most incredible burritos I’ve ever had. I’ve been going there for at least 5+ years. The burritos are so delicious and filling. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. I highly recommend checking out this food truck if you’re ever in the area and looking for some amazing burritos!

My favorite Mexican restaurant in Paradise. They have fish tacos which are excellent and not too expensive. Lots of choices on the menu, I haven’t explored much but they have pictures of their other food on the truck and it does look good. The jarritos sodas are a little pricey but I noticed they are pricy everywhere and they are a deluxe soda but they have cheaper but name brand canned sodas available and glass bottle cokes. Try their pickled jalapenos and carrots they offer for free. They are the perfect amount of spicy

Used to be amazing. Tiny carne asada burritos stuffed with rice and gristle for $10 lost me. Let me know when you go back to how it was before new management or whatever happened.

This place is good like wow the flavors are mouth watering. The thing is they upped the price because they know everything is mostly closed for food with the fire and all, and they’re taking advantage. Like I get it the fire destroyed competition but damn that’s kind of savage to the people there trying to clean it and rebuild the town.

Good tacos at a reasonable price. Would give 5 stars if they used refried beans instead of whole beans in the burritos. Photo is of lengua (beef tongue) tacos.

First time I’ve been here. I had a very good Burrito Supreme. I requested no cilantro, and there was no cilantro. That’s a plus to me. Other places I’ve been to, put it on anyway. I will be back, to try different items. Only 4 stars because there are days he’s not there, or he leaves early. I sometimes don’t decide what I’m having for dinner until 2-3pm. I go, but he’s not there.

Best taco truck in paradise. Cheap prices and excellent food. They get busy around lunch time but don’t let that stop you from going there. I’ve been there when there was like 25 people in line and it still only took 10 minutes to get my food.

Stopped by Paradise while camping nearby and happened to stop for tacos. Happy we did as they were exceptional in both price and quality. Lengua, chicken, or asada – can’t go wrong!

Best Mexican food in Paradise for sure. If you want good Mexican, this is the best around. We are used to Southern California quality level and this is as close as it comes in Paradise. I work in the kitchen industry and I think they do a great job. They are fast, friendly, clean and consistent.
