I’ve came here a couple times. But I’m very disappointed on there customer service and quality of food. My 3yr old doesn’t stop throwing up With a stomach ache. Usually I always order Carne Asada Fríes from here.The fries are hard like refried? and old. The meat taste bad looks over cooked as if they reused old cooked meat. I mean just by opening the box I new it was old. We ate some of it because I was starving and was craving this but honestly this restaurant needs to work on there quality of food and cleanses. With all the respect. Won’t be coming back.

We were on vacation and after a long day at the zoo we were starving. So while we were waiting for our uber we called the restaurant to make a pick up order, twice, and no one answered, so we placed a pick up order from this restaurant through doordash. About 15 mins later we received an email saying our order was ready, and since we were a couple minutes away, that was perfect. When we got there to pick up the order my sweetie went in to get it. When he went inside he was told that they recieved the order but hadn’t started making it. The restaurant was empty, and no one in the drive through, and the tv inside was set to a very loud volume, making it difficult to talk to the employees. Once he was told that the order wasn’t even started, he told the employee that he needed to make sure our uber would be ok with waiting the 10 mins or so for them to make the two burrito order, and he said he would wait. My sweetie went back inside to tell the employee that we would wait for the order, and the employee told him that he canceled the order. We were floored. We asked why he canceled it and he just shrugged. When we told him that we were upset he canceled our order without our consent, and that we were starving, he told us he wasn’t sorry. Who says and does that? Isn’t this restaurant open to make money? At no point were we unpleasant, even after finding out that they had the order for 20 minutes and hadn’t even started it we were understanding and were willing to wait. It wasn’t until he volunteered that he wasn’t sorry and canceled the order did we get upset/hangry. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY! Instead go to Salud!, their food, prices, service, and ambiance were fantastic! Best food I’ve ever had.

Order #17 and a Super Cali burrito with two large coke for 30 bucks not bad if u ask me. A great spot for a date sure. They open 24 hrs drive thru. To get your fixing for late nights. And yes the burrito was hearty pack full with favors. Roll tacos was nice as well crunchy but not thick with the shell. The the refried beans was moist and seasoned well, however the rice was Fluffy lack a little bit of seasoning but that’s where the green salsa comes in. A very nice mile not spicy tomatillo taste loved the green salsa. Over all coming back.
