Worst experience ever the lady was in her phone and acted as though i was disturbing her by waiting to order, after which she licks her ungloved fingers while dealing with people food, when we asked for our money back she argued and refused to refund stating the food was already prepared. The manager was no better will never patronize this place. Not to mention an employee came in from outside and started dealing with people’s food without washing her hands!

I usually don’t leave reviews but I feel like it’s necessary. I’ve come here multiple times and each time the customer service is awful. The cashiers are extremely rude. I had a cashier tonight just mumbling so bad I could not understand them and they kept cutting me off to ask if “that’s all” I was going to order. No one was behind me and I would have understood if they were busy but then they just went on their phone after I ordered. Afterwards my order was wrong. They don’t look at you as your ordering and they make you feel like your wasting their time. It would be one thing if it was only one worker like this but every cashier I’ve had acts like this. I was only coming here because the food is good but it’s not worth it anymore. They should really have a meeting about customer service bc I’d love to come back for the food.

First time ordering from here. I ordered from Uber eats craving some tacos while my toddler slept. At first, I was worried at the prices for each taco but I was hungry and wanted something near my home to get there quickly. I had to come on google maps to review because its worth it. The flavors, the salsas, and those portions. I love seafood tacos and I thought I was getting some basic small taco. They proved me wrong! When I say I can eat 10 tacos like a food champ; two seafood tacos filled me up. I didn’t get to take a picture because I devoured it so fast. However, the beer battered fish taco and the shrimp taco were the size of regular corn tacos side by side. I got my toddler the small portion campechana French fries and that still seems like a large portion so I can’t imagine what the actual large portion is. These cooks here have a good eye for portions and I’m super happy with the amount I got for the price considering I was a bit suspect. The food is delicious, packaged well, and obvious they keep clean. Sometimes I hate ordering for delivery because it disrupts the food but my driver was careful. All I can really say after all of that is you need to try some tacos with Burros and Fries from this location. They know what they’re doing and I can say you won’t be disappointed. Don’t fear the price, it matches what you’re paying for because they’re delicious and large. You better come hungry they got you covered. I hope this restaurant continues their success and don’t lose themselves in the process. I want to keep coming here and enjoying the food.

Ordered the fried chicken burro (chimangas). At first glance, I thought the prices were a bit high, but then I got my food. This is a beast, no fillers good flavor. Sour cream and guacamole on the side. The restaurant was clean and presentable. The staff were friendly, answered quesions. Second visit, ordered the chips (basically nachos) with steak. Very good.

I’m not usually one to leave reviews but after my experience last night I was pretty disappointed. The service at the counter was pretty lackluster. The lady working the register turned around and started bagging orders in the middle of me giving my order. After she was done she then got really short with me when she couldn’t understand what I meant by “sour cream instead of guacamole” in my burrito. My girlfriend’s cali shell bowl was good but my adobada burrito was dismal at best. To say the meat was lukewarm would be an understatement and instead of onions and cilantro it looked like they just threw regular pico in there. Not a big deal, I just would’ve preferred the onions and cilantro it said it came with. The cold, mushiness of the adobada is what really killed it for me and I ended up just tossing the other half. Burros & Fries has good stuff, I probably just won’t go to this location anymore.

Just got done eating there. Horrible customer service. Anabell helped us and she was very very rude. She never once smiled at us or made eye contact. We waited over 20 min for our order and never once was our order number called out, I noticed a bag sitting on the counter so i looked up from my table and she said “oh your order is ready.” When I said thank you, she never said you’re welcome she just turned and walked away. Our food was cold, when she walked over to wipe other tables she never once acknowledged us or asked how our food was. Just an overall horrible experience.

I would rate 5 stars cause i was starting to like the place but the past 2 times the fries have had ZERO flavor and the toppings they put on them has gone down. And ive ordered surf and turf (steak and shrimp) burros and the last 2 times there was no shrimp! It was full of FRIES! what is going on there????
