I gave Burtons at Lynnfield Marketplace 4 stars. The service was very good. Our waitress was very nice, polite, and attentive. The atmosphere was nice and conducive to sitting and chatting. The bread and food were delicious! The 4 stars come from the dessert. Such a let down. One party member is gluten-free and she could not eat her red velvet cake. She had one small bite and that was more than enough. The blueberry cheesecake was good until you get to the bottom….then not so much. The saving grace was the chocolate cake. Other than the dessert; I would come back again and recommend to my family and friends.

Love the new location! Much bigger and better. Food is fantastic. We were very pleased. The General Tso’s cauliflower was my favorite. A must try. Spinach and artichoke dip was delicious as well as my beautiful beet salad. Key lime pie is the best around.

Today it was my first time visiting this restaurant in Lynnfield and I absolutely do not recommend it to anyone. We were very poorly served by the waitress, she took our drink and app orders and did not went back to our table to take ours main orders. After more than 1 hour waiting we had to go to talk to the hostess inside of the restarant and only after that she showed up to assist us. We ordered a simple french fries side that took almost an hour to come and when it did it was cold. We also ordered a pasta and a risotto that was also cold. I do not recommend wasting your time and money there. Definitely I am not going back.

We were here to dine with friends and had a great experience. My wife and I have the fish (halibut) sandwich which was very tasty and followed that up with a great Key Lime pie. The waitress was very attentive and drinks were refilled promptly. Although the menu is somewhat limited for meal choices, I recommend that you try this place.

First lunch out in a while. Glad I met my friend at Burton’s Bar and Grill. We were seated towards the back of the house. We each ordered a drink and waited for our lunch. We ordered two delicious salad plates. The combination of vegetables and the flavors were delicious. I added shrimp to mine and my friend added pan seared salmon. These salads were light and delicious. Highly recommend it.

Don’t do takeout! This restaurant does make good food, but the takeout process is horrible and very dysfunctional. Many times our order has been either messed up with forgotten items, or just bad tasting food. We just got 3 salads each with added protein with an app for just under a hundred dollars. 2 salads had steak, that was much smaller in portion than usual and tasted horrible. Something very wrong with the meat. One salad had no dressing and another had the wrong dressing. Not worth the aggravation.

I ate at the new Burtons Lynnfield and it was great! Our server Max was very bubbly and sweet. He had great recommendations and customer service. The bolognese and fish tacos were delish! The bar area was packed and had a really fun atmosphere. I loved the music playlist too. Really high energy and fun. I highly recommend!
