Unfortunately today after arriving home we found that the majority of our chicken tenders were visibly undercooked. I’m very displeased that money was wasted on food we could not eat. I am not usually one to complain but the chicken was very clearly still raw. I’ve never seen bush’s tenders look like this before.

The chicken breast barely had any meat on it. The breading was falling off the tenders(this has happened the last few times we’ve had the tenders. Cole slaw tasted spoiled and was extremely runny. Service through the drive-thru was great though.

Drove through and purchased six tenders and brought them home… I wouldn’t even call these nuggets. One was all breading except for a piece of meat that was smaller than the tip of my pinky finger. I called back to tell them how small they were and was told that they give extras when they are that small. I did not get any extras. It was explained to me that they have to serve what they get and they have been receiving the small tenders. I won’t be back.

We’ve been going to different locations of Bush’s for years. Even have been to this specific one in Woodway many times. Saturday 12/17 was just an awful experience. We order fresh livers because stale ones are unedible. They always oblige & I wait without issue. We also got a 6 piece tender & biscuit. Get home open our dinners there were 4 1/2 pieces of tenders. Seriously!?!? Bush’s is always very generous with their tenders and even when I order a 6 piece (every time) there are more than 6 in the box never once less. To top it off the chicken tenders were cold & extremely stale. I didn’t get what I paid for and that dinner was trash. My hubby’s livers were great & hot. Very disappointed in this visit.

What has happened to Bush’s Chicken?!? Quality seems to no longer be a priority. Your prices have doubled, the tenders are half the size they used to be and to make matters worse the chicken is tough. If your bottom line starts to decline, you may want to look at the poor quality of your product. Your food used to be excellent, but it’s below average at best now.

Never got cold, stale and tough gizzards until I came here!!…And for the length of time I waited I’d have assumed they’d be fresh but they weren’t!! And if anyone knows anything about gizzards theres just no other way than fresh out the grease!!…So make sure you ask for them FRESH!! at this location otherwise you may get the old cooked ones thats been sitting up for a lloonnggg while!…
