Omg have been here before and the food has always been good. Ordered tea and it has a weird taste, found out they changed supplier. Food came out and fries were cold Mac and cheese looked disgusting(I hadn’t ordered it) waited for my green beans and they were cold twice. Overall I don’t think I’ll be back

Enjoyable dining experience. The food was made to order, so fresh and hot, the mac and cheese, fries and rolls were super delicious. Friendly staff. Good, clean and friendly environment. I recommend Bush’s Chicken over all other competition.

Typical fast food chicken nothing that really stands out but then nothing all that bad either. This particular restaurant is often short of staff and their ability to get orders out timely is effected. However most of the staff is friendly towards the customers and the restaurant is kept fairly clean.

This location always gets my order right which is awesome. Only complaint is that they can be real skimpy on fries. I got half a serving of fries this time with all small tenders. Good food, but for eleven bucks, I wish they’d give a bit more.

Do not waste your time or money at the Pleasanton location. Service was super slow for dine in. Food wasn’t up to par. Missing items, wrong order, had to ask for our drinks & silverware. No condiments or napkins. Food tasted old & was barely warm at best.
