I really don’t like to write negative reviews, but the food here was just awful. The employees were very friendly, though. It wasn’t so much that we felt that the food was overpriced, it was that the food was just not good. If you go, just have pie and coffee.

I drove thru for a SST and was disappointed in the customer service and my food. I asked for hearty on the soup and received quite the opposite. I might as well had just asked for chicken noodle soup broth because that is what I got with my sandwich that had a thin slice of dried bacon and more mayonnaise than bread.

I give it 2 stars because I used to love love love this place. I probably ate here at least twice a week before rushing to work. Lately it just hasn’t been the same. My last 4 experiences when I’ve ordered the SST & a full sandwich it’s been alllll bread. Don’t get me wrong, the bread is AMAZING, but I’m expecting a sandwich with more than just bread. My last experience I got the steak and stuff and it was very plain. & all bread. Normally I opt for the BLT or turkey club but lately it’s been disappointing, consisting of an old thin tomato and 1 piece of lettuce at best. I know you can do better because I’ve had it when it definitely was worth 5 stars

RUDEST LADY AT THE DRIVE THRU (short purple hair), she was absolutely horrendous because we asked if we could upgrade a salad in the combo and then REFUSED to let us speak to a manager. Never going there again, your horrible staff is really bringing a bad name to your establishment.

Service was quick, must have been because the sandwich was the size of the heel of a loaf of bread. Half a slice of cheese and two thin slices of meat for $10. We left and went to another restaurant for the rest of our dinner. Won’t return.
