Waited an hour for a pizza that was delivered burnt and almost un edible. In order to get a refund or new pizza I need to send this one back and wait another hour almost two hours for a new one. Got hung up on by the person on the phone. She was very rude and unprofessional. This is almost unacceptable. Over $35 for a gross looking pizza that they have no remorse in making right. Will not be ordering from them again. Now they argue with any bad reviews.. just take fault in your actions instead of lying on your reply. This is not a professional place what so ever.THE CUSTOMERS ALWAYS RIGHT but not here they argue instead of just admitting they did wrong. I understand no place is perfect but they could at least take responsibility.

Called and placed a carry out order. Asked for what specials and decided for a 2 large pizza special. Then when we were hanging up he said it was $41. I thought I heard wrong so called back. He said he forgot to put it in and it’s now corrected. Then my son picks it up and it was still $41 and not 35. Then called back and just said sorry the computer didn’t update. Not happy we chose a pizza we didn’t really want to get a deal and didn’t even get that. Not happy.

Great service and food! The prices are fair and the menu has lots of options, even for people who are on a gluten free diet. They have plenty of room for large groups and offer specials for bigger orders.

I’ve been driving by for a while, stopped in to check it out, and was very pleasantly surprised. The strip mall seems closed, but Butter Crust Pizza, was very much alive and kicking! I met with Sarah, one of the owners, who was very nice and took the time to explain things and show me the menu. Family owned and operated, very clean, kitchen and bathrooms, which is very important to my family and myself. It is Covid so everyone was masked and it was carryout or delivery only. I live 3 miles down a dirt road, but they knew where I was and actually deliver there! OVERALL very happy with what I’ve seen, they also have salads, wings, pitchers of beer for 8 bucks once the ban is lifted. I CANT WAIT TO GO AND EAT IN THEIR PLACE! I wish there was a combo plate so I could try all their pizzas at once, and the beers too! 5 stars so far!

First time here, just moved to the area, so nice to find a closer pizza restaurant near me than the next city over. Food made it home hot and it was very good. I ordered the Deluxe and even the hubby was VERY impressed. We do love a good pizza. While waiting, staff was very friendly, their place looks as if it would be big enough for after sports get together or large family meals. Will def be back to try more items on their menu. Such as calzones, sandwiches and something called a pizza bowl. Lol Great job Buttercup Pizza and See You Soon…

This is my 3rd time here, first 2 times was super good and great service hot and tasty. Third time sadly it was a little messy inside , the staffed seemed tired and like they didn’t want to be bothered. Pizza was okay , not to flavorful and was cold in some places.also prices went up a bit. Think pizza is better at night not the day based off of our great 2 visits at night .

Seems like a cute restaurant, my togo order was ready when I arrived and the employee was very nice, the pizza was okay, the crust was dense, like maybe it hadn’t risen properly, I’d probably be willing to try again if I’m ever in the area.
