I’ve lived in Newburgh for 8 years get good, QUALITY salads. For someone like me, for me to want to eat healthy there’s gotta be variety. At Butterhead, there is ALL the variety! And the way the salads are packed up with all the toppings. It’s worth every single penny. I never liked salads because places will give 2 pieces of chicken and 75 pieces of lettuce, but Butterhead is so different!! They make sure there is a perfect ratio of protein and toppings to lettuce. Also, their home made roasted red peppers and sweet potatoes are to die for!! Everything about this place is amazing! The owner, the location, the ambiance, and the food choices are all superb. I am never disappointed with my meals. And the prices are so worth it because you’re really getting QUALITY and QUANTITY with these salads. Such a fan of Butterhead

Can not recommend this place enough! I’ve been here at least 4 times now and can gladly say I’ll keep coming back! It’s so nice to finally have a nice clean fresh salad spot in beacon. Love being able to customize my own salad with so many different options to choose from. The drinks are absolutely amazing as well from the lemonades to their amazing chai I have yet to meet something I don’t like. Also have to say that they have some of the nicest workers on Main Street. Very easy going and accommodating. Absolutely adore this place

Stopped here today after going to beacon farmers market. Apparently they just opened yesterday. I got a monster salad with an amazing amount of included additions for only $10. Their homemade strawberry mint lemonade is amazing. The fig balsamic dressing paired perfectly with my fresh and delicious salad. If you’re looking for a great salad this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.

My wife and I were finally able to check this place out after going past it so many times since it opened. As I was walking in , I overheard a couple eating at a table outside complaining that it wasn’t as good as one of the chains in the city, so I was a little skeptical as the chain they mentioned is the one I frequent the most near my office. The inside was clean and the staff was pleasant. The total $ for two salads was a little higher than I expected. However, the salads were delicious, and the ingredients are clearly good quality. Even the grilled chicken was very flavorful, which is typically pretty boring at most salad places. We’ll definitely be back.
