Where do I begin!! This is my number 1 spot in the area! The causal atmosphere is amazing with nice R & B music.. the staff is the friendliest staff anywhere!! Leadership training is seen throughout the entire setup- from decor to service to food !!! I love how tech savvy the entire operation is.. Now the sandwich was THEE Best chicken sandwich ever!!! The collars– perfect!!! I really can’t say enough about this spot!! Yesterday was my 1st time & I already scheduled my meeting for Fri & a meeting nxt week to meet me right here!!

Had high hopes and was very disappointed. They take “self service” to a whole new level. $48 for a sandwich, tenders, app and two drinks. The chicken is good chicken it just really was devoid of flavor. The pimento cheese bites were even flavorless. It took over 20 min to get our food and there was only one other person in the restaurant.

Unquestionably a top contender in the chicken sandwich game. A lunch here will fill you up for the rest of the day…to me Asian Persuasion is a perfect combo of sweet + tangy flavor, but no matter which one you choose you’ll get a hot and juicy chicken along with fresh seasoned fries. They also have some killer apps! You can’t really go wrong with this menu.

Yes, you pay a little more, but the chicken sandwich and chicken strips leave Chic-fil-a in the dust. Ordering from the table on the Toast app was convenient, and the kitchen staff was polite and hustling to get the food out, with a lot of to-go orders going out the door. Only complaint was the mac and cheese wasn’t super hot or fresh tasting, but the french fries and collards were prefect. If you’re not too stuffed make sure you try a back of the banana bread pudding cookies – they’re as good as the chicken.

Was wanting a quick bite before heading back to Williamsburg and this place did not disappoint. I placed my order online for pick up and I swear it wasn’t even 10 minutes before I got a text that my food was ready. I ordered the Asian Persuasion which had Korean bbq sauce, pickled onions, kimchi slaw, sesame seeds, spicy ranch though no spicy ranch for me. The sandwich was absolute ! The chicken was crispy and fried to absolute perfection but still juicy on the inside. The sauce was delicious but I’d definitely order extra next time as it definitely could have been spicier. Sandwich came with seasoned crinkle fries which were so golden and crispy. I will say, this is not the type of sandwich you eat while driving as it gets everywhere in a fingerlickin good kinda way though. The restaurant was a good size and definitely had that upscale fast casual vibe to it. Would love to go back and try more of their menu.

First time dining here and I must say, WOW! The chicken was so flavorful, the greens were delicious, and the Mac & Cheese had good old homemade richness! I ordered the Dirty Bird and Boy, was it good! All of the flavors from the hot sauce, blue cheese, pickles, and ranch just took this enormous chicken sandwich over the top! The team was very pleasant and attentive, even walked around to greet everyone dining. I absolutely love dining at Black-owned restaurants, and I especially love it when the food and service are above par! We’ll be going back real, real soon!

Welp. I was starving and a review was the last thing on my mind until I ate a few bites and was beside myself! I ordered the chicken bowl and there WERE 3 large chicken strips and twice as much mac and cheese before I remembered I needed a pic because I was enjoying it SO much!! The chicken strips are better than any nuggy I’ve had and they are gluten free!! I love that option and the clarity that they even fry the gluten free stuff in a different fryer!! I don’t HAVE to have gluten free but will take it when I can and omg!! So good. I got the hot honey and spicy ranch dips. So good!! The mac and cheese was a tiny bit dry and crunchy in a few spots. Probably the edges…but I actually like it like that so it was perfect and SO tasty and homemade!! And the collards were so dang good and perfectly spicy!! I am SO excited to have found a new delisssh easy fun option for food delivery!! I’ll be trying the whole menu one meal At a time!! Woohoo!! I’d give a 10 if I could!!

Wonderful place. It may be difficult for people who are not tech savvy to order since it is on a kiosk, but that is my only complaint. The wood here is wonderful, and the fact they have a dedicated gluten-free fryer made my wife happy as can be. They have gluten-free fried chicken that is worth the trip to here, along with a GF bun. I’m glad we stopped by here on our way through cause it was SO worth it! Thanks for the amazing food and friendly service.

First time visit for lunch. The food was REALLY good. It was like stepping into grandma’s kitchen where fried chicken, collard greens and mac and cheese are made the old fashioned way and seasoned just right! And, Vicky could not have been more helpful and gracious going over the menu and explaining the foods and how there seasoned, etc. We laughed when she was telling me how she likes her greens on top of her mac and cheese and I finished her sentence by adding, “so the juice gets down into the mac and cheese”.

They got the same see through walk in cooler that panda has which is VERY CLEAN, the girls working keeps the dining room sparkly clean and I thought it was cool the bathroom had a handle lock and a slide lock on the door lol.
