Very much enjoyed my first visit to this highly recommended local Dayton area Gem establishment. Menu is easy to read and choose selections from. Beer selection is plentiful with local choices as well. I went with the full Rib rack since I was in the mood and the Saturday special was a great price. The ribs have amazing flavor without the Additional sauces you can opt for and try. I added a side of their delicious onion rings that were amazingly flavorful as well. I plan to return soon and try of of their highly rated Burgers an pulled pork specials!

I primarily gave them 3 stars, due to the fact, that I got a cheeseburger yesterday and it was pretty good. Otherwise it would be 2 stars. Today I got the pick two meat entree, with Brisket, Ribs, Baked beans, and a side salad. The ribs were just OK, lacking in flavor. The brisket on the other hand, was the driest meat, I’ve ever had. The Baked Beans tasted like they just came out of a can. The side salad was made with Spring mix lettuce, instead of iceberg, or romaine, so it was very bitter.

Food was not good. They only thing I enjoyed was the fries and the smoked sausage. I had a pick 3 meats meal. The smoked wings were rubbery and the ribs were dry. Both tasted like smoke flavor was added and the meat tasted reheated. Also it looks like a sit down place but no you have to walk from your table to the cash register to order and pay before you have your meal. Mind you they were not busy so not sure why the two behind the bar could not wait on anyone. I would really not recommend this place.

This place came recommended from friends and we were extremely disappointed. Service was slooooow. Taking over a half hour to get our food. When the food came out it was missing half my order. My order also came out long before my wife’s. Once we both received our food: the potato salad had an odd flavor, the wings were cold but had a smoky flavor. The ribs were fall off the bone delicious. The brisket was great as well. The pulled pork mixed well with the sweet bbq sauce and was a delight. Overall, the lackluster service and long wait times hindered our overall experience with this place.

The steak is excellent as well as the ribs and our server the last few times was outstanding. Adela has served us twice in the past and remembered our drinks the third visit checks on us regularly absolutely fantastic. Happy and friendly customer service always makes a better experience!

If you order the BBQ, you can get your meal very quick. Large order of fries and I really enjoy the green beans with nice chunks of meat. My friend and I are impressed with the burgers. Would rather not have to order at bar but that is life now

I highly recommend this place! Made a large order for carry out & the staff was so nice and thoughtful over the phone and in person! Also, not only was my order correct it was cooked perfectly and everything was so delicious! Me and my family were so satisfied and we can’t wait to order again! Three stars, primarily because Olivia, our server, was super busy but very friendly. Minor issues with orders being correct, almost all of them had something small wrong, like cheese when the burger wasn’t supposed to have it, wrong BBQ sauce with 3/4 meals. Drinks were filled fast and correctly.

Reviewing as I sit here. 32 minutes ago I order a burger and fries. Not a special burger. Just a freaking hamburger. Five people that came in after me were served before me. When I finally got food at the 31 minute mark, the fries were older than me. I sent them back with the server upon their arrival. Now my burger will be cold…
