There is no indoor dining, but they keep their seating area cool with plenty of strong fans. The sandwiches are delicious with lots of combinations you would never think of. Service was great also. Definitely recommend eating here if you are in Roswell!

We found this place on the food network. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners and family while dining there on our first visit. We went again when we passed back through town. Chef Todd is pretty great and very kind. You won’t be disappointed. If you are, it’s because you went there while they were closed. 😉

I had the grilled cheese that had a fried chili on sour dough. It was SO good and so easy to eat on the road. Now my husband got a burger with hatch chilis. That was really really good as well BUT was not a manageable road trip food. The chilis really had a nice kick. The fries come in a heavy seasoning that was really good, it’s kinda sweet and salty. They do have a drive thru, it was a great pick.
