Terrible service, over priced terrible food, I had to send my tacos back and was going to order something else after looking at the menu for other options. When I went back up to order, I waited for quite a while for someone to come out and take my order, after waiting so long I just decided not to order any food.

Went there for ice cream and they give the tiniest scoops! We got a single scoop for my 2yr old and it barely filled a quarter of his cup. My friend got a waffle cone with 2 scoops and the ice cream wasn’t even above the cone! I don’t expect cup n cone size, but what’s the markup when you are charging $4-5 for one tiny scoop? Super disappointing.

First time getting any food there – BBQ meat was good. Pulled pork, pulled chicken and brisket. All three were tasty. Memphis sauce is on the vinegar side if you like that.

The 1st time my wife and I ate here a few years back it was really good.met the owner and he seemed nice. Since then it’s been very inconsistent and a mix of teens running it. Finally after the last couple times I’m done with this place. We went for lunch and sat on the patio. After being told to seat ourselves we sat for 10 minutes with no help. My wife went to ask for menu’s and the waitress said she would be right over. Another 10 minutes with nothing we left. Place only had a couple tables at this time so they weren’t too busy. A week later we tried again. I ordered the cons triple threat which has 3 different meats. I get it and after starting to eat something didn’t seem right. Come to find out they’re out of brisket so the sandwich I paid nearly $20 for was missing 1 of the 3 meats. Without anyone telling me or adjusting the price. On top of the missing meat they were also out of cornbread so again my meal with sides wasn’t complete. The last straw was when we placed a to go order. Pretty simple, 2 miss piggy’s nightmares. After we got home and I open the box both were missing the bacon and again the cornbread (which they told me they were all out of) i called to let them know that it was missing the bacon, expecting maybe a discount or something next time I came up. Instead the girl who answered the phone simple said “our bad.” I just spent $30 on 2 hot dogs and was told my bad when they found it was messed up. It’s really sad to see the way the place is ran. It’s such a nice location and there is no consistency with the food quality. Hard to pay the prices they ask for poor service, cold sides and missing meat that they’re out of.

June 11, 2020. This place has always had the worst service, so I ask myself “what were you expecting”. We enjoy going there on early afternoons to sit in the sun and have a bbq and drink occasionally. I thought maybe they would have taken the state guidelines for reopening seriously. NOPE. Called ahead to make reservations – not taking any. Got there shortly after 5PM. They were not busy yet. No waitstaff is wearing masks or gloves. They changed their ordering process: you now order behind the boat/bar from a wooden menu hanging above. The order is placed into a handheld device where you are required to sign with your finger. It is not cleaned between customers. You are then handed a number to put at your table and along with plastic wear and a 1/4 sheet (select a size bounty paper towel – just one per person). Tables had left over dirty drink glasses on them. Took forever to get our drink orders so I finally took the dirty dishes to the bar and set them on top of their dirty dish rack sitting on the bar next to a pail of dirty water and rag (right next to where the girls are taking the orders) that I assume they clean the tables with. Waitress finally brings the drink order but did not clean the table. There was BBQ on the table from previous customers. Order was brought out by another waitstaff who I assume is doing the order runs, she is not masked or wearing gloves either. Had to flag down the waitress to get our drinks refilled. She took our glasses, refilled them and returned them to the table but I have no confidence that she gave each of us our original glass. Would have been nice to get extra napkins and have hand sanitizer available at the table or bar. Its bbq and messy. They didn’t even have hand sanitizer for their waitstaff. Witnessed that they are not washing the tables in-between groups of customers. Tables seem to be 6 feet apart with the exception of the tables to the east of the little bar building. They appeared to be at 100% compacity as well. Left there feeling like I needed to self quarantine for 14 days. Had we not already paid for the meal before realizing they were not going to be cleaning our table and wearing masks I would have left.

Mother’s Day. Gorgeous weather-decided to spend time by the lake. When we got to Tully’s, we stood around for 5 minutes until a patron told us to seat ourselves. We did. Waited an additional 10 Minutes for someone to come over to us. We flagged down a young kid who told us there was only one person serving but he would take our drink order. The “owner”, an extremely unpleasant, rude woman, is the only one there to make drinks. Instead of filling our order (we are now 20mnts into our visit), she helps someone with a boat rental. We couldn’t even complain-there was no one to listen. The young kid did take an appetizer order for us when he took our bar order but when we received our nachos-we had no drinks, not even water. We had no plates or silverware either and when one of us went to grab some, the rude owner told us that the food is served on platters….assuming we didn’t need plates or napkins or silverware. There were 5 of us trying to eat off of a platter for God’s sake!!

Recommended only if you’re not too picky about the food, price, or wait. No kids menu or options. Very overpriced for a shack that serves food outside. The least expensive thing on the menu is a salad that is $8.50 for iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, and a small amount of carrot and cheese shreds. Over $30 for an adult and toddler to eat a small lunch! We’ve done much better at nice sit down restaurants. The food did come out quickly, and our server was attentive and friendly once we told him we were waiting. Overstaffed with teenagers who had to be asked several times for things like, can someone take our order, can we have ice and a straw, etc. They were not busy, unless you count having fun as busy, in which case they were very busy doing that. I get it, it’s a fun summer hangout, but this is also someone’s business… unfortunately there was no adult or owner present at the time we came in, around 3:30pm. Maybe it’s just a bad time to eat here. Would be willing to give it another try in the evening.

Great ice cream, but you guys should require your patrons to wear masks before entering the small enclosure that is this restaurant. You are creating an unnecessary risk for your employees and other patrons by not requiring the wearing of masks.
