I’ve been coming here for years and the food is consistently excellent. The BBQ has that “bark” that you only get from long hours in the smoker but is tender and succulent at the same time.

Great place to eat. The staff is friendly, nice atmosphere with a jazz theme and the service was great. This was my first time going here and the food was great. The BBQ chicken is a must have. The chicken was tender and moist. The ribs was delicious with its sweet BBQ sauce and Mac and cheese was not bad. Their peach cobbler was amazing with the vanilla bean ice cream.

If you can read the receipt then I’m sure you’re as blown away as I am. $28 and some change for that little tray and a drink . I could have got past it maybe if the food blew me away but it didn’t. I’d say one notch above the worst BBQ I’ve had. Baked beans were good and the slaw was ok but a different taste I’ve never had before. The ribs were good but only got three little ones and the chicken breast was horrible. Dry and it tasted like it was cooked with no seasonings some bbq sauce slapped on and pushed out. I didn’t finish the chicken. I seen a lot of reviews about the tri tip sandwich and I would have probably went back and tried to give the place a fair chance but their prices are so insane I’d feel like a fool going back.

Stopped by for some dinner. Some friends invited us out for. I was pleasantly surprised. The food is really good. Smoked but not over done. I had the tri-tip with the homemade pies they make on location. Creatively decorated. Nice family feel. Good quality food. Highly Recommend.

We got the tri-tip, ribs and rib tips with macaroni, corn bread and rolls. I was expecting juicy, well seasoned meat. I got the bbq sauce on the side and that was a mistake. All the meat was plain with no flavor. I was so disappointed. The bbq sauce was good so I drenched the meat with it, which shouldn’t be necessary. The macaroni and rolls were good, the corn bread a little dry and the service was great. Overall, I would not go back.
