Great place to eat when in Falmouth, MA. We did some Glamping and got a recommendation for dinning at this place. Both the food and the staff are amazing! It is a bit pricey, but worth it. Definitely a must next time we visit.

Loved the atmosphere and decor. The drinks had awesome presentation and were yummy but a little weak. Had the focaccia bread as an appetizer. It was delicious. Got the hanger steak and chicken parmigiana. Both were very, very good. Dessert was chocolate mousse and it was also delicious. The waiter was awesome and we felt relaxed and never rushed. It was a little expensive but worth putting in our rotation. We both enjoyed this restaurant very much and will be back.

Good, but not amazing. Food quality (taste, cook, and texture) we’re all top notch. Presentation left a lot to be desired. Wait staff was uncertain about some menu items (unable to describe dish) and the younger bus people were gruff and untrained. The day was suffocatingly hot and the indoor temperature matched (a/c didn’t keep up, plus having an exposed kitchen didn’t help). So while the food was very good, the extras didn’t match the menu prices.

This was the most delicious, flavorful meal my husband and I have had in a long time. Every bite was amazing! The quality of ingredients, how the flavors were arranged made every taste something to truly enjoy! We started with an appetizer, continued with dinner then topped it off with dessert. Typically we wouldn’t have the three courses, but couldn’t resist since each dish was unbelievable! Highly recommend trying it for yourself. One talented chef!

Terrible terrible terrible! The $52 fisherman’s catch had no taste. All the seafood was dumped altogether in a bowl. Absolutely unappealing. My husband hated it.

My family and I would stay at Falmouth every year for a week around the 4th of July, and we’ve been coming to C Salt ever since it opened in 2012. Many of the years, we would come multiple times during the week because their food was amazing – hoisin wings, roasted Brussel sprouts, calamari, pork belly bites, steak frites, their drinks. All amazing and cooked to perfection. 0 complaints. Easy 5/5 stars.

Great meal with friends at C Salt. Good selection of appetizers, were we had the calamari and pork buns. I preferred the calamari. For the main course I had the tuna and my wife had the salmon. Both were made to perfection. Deserts we’re good, but not the highlight of the meal. Service was great, our waiter Craig was attentive without hovering. It is a small venue so reservations are recommended.

This is my go to for a wonderful date night or celebration. Food is incredible, service is top notch, atmosphere is great. An all around wonderful place for dinner. *2020 update. C Salt is a restaurant that continuously reinforces it’s reputation as one of the TOP restaurants for fine dining on Cape Cod.
