I love the food at C-viche. The Entrees are delicious and perfectly sized. The Octopus appetizer was magnificent, but at almost $30 for a single tentacle, I can’t justify the price of it. The Chaufa de Mariscos is one of my favorite things on the menu and if you are a seafood fan you’ll love it as well. The Japanese Ceviche (sashimi, really) is excellent also and more reasonably priced. Been there 3 times already in the last 6 weeks and will probably go back soon again.

Stopping in for lunch. I have had this placed on my saved list for awhile. The hanger steak tacos were delicious. The rice was very dry and flavorless, but lucky the drinks made up for it! And Great service!

Great vibe, great addition to Shorewood. Had multiple people check on us throughout our meal, always refilling our water, making sure our drinks were replenished. The food was DELISH. The steak was so good. Classic ceviche & esquite apps were 10/10. And the Sangria Dominicana?! Amazing. Coming back forrrrr sure.

I love the food here. Ceviche clasico is a must. Also highly recommend the Lomo saltado. Enchilads are pretty good but expensive for what they are. They have this great ribeye ontop of pasta that is *chefs kiss* Tallarines Verdes con Pollo.

Food was not hot throughout the complete dish; for example the beans were hot but the enchiladas were cold and tasteless, and rice was dry. My son ordered the prime rib and the steak was room temperature as in the tasty small potatoes that were hot. In my opinion all the food on the dish should be at the same temperature. Appetizer was delicious but, not plentiful. You have to ask for salt and pepper. Drinks were great and the service was respectful. We both ordered a recommended dessert and that was fantastic. I would try going there again but not anytime soon.

Mix of Peruvian and Mexican dishes, some with Asian influences. Great place to try new flavors. Tried the traditional ceviche, which was excellent, and I can’t wait to sample the others! Fun cocktail menu and well-rounded wine options. Service was outstanding!

Dined with a friend last night. Other reviews mention noise. We sat next to a man playing guitar. We had no problem talking for two hours over dinner and drinks. If you want a quiet setting go early. Otherwise I find the energy of a busy restaurant part of the charm. I’d rather hear background noise vs restaurants that sit you so close you literally hear every word of your table neighbor.
