Service was excellent. We got the captin meal. Shrimp was over cooked, the crab legs were dry and the sausage was like rubber. The lobster tail and corn was perfect. We LOVED this place! We had lunch specials , Garlic noodle & shrimp and the Shrimp and fries. Good portions and fresh! The sauces that came with the fried calamari were sooo good! Laila our server was super friendly & attentive. Great job Laila keep up the great job!

First off the aroma of the place is terrible. I don’t know if it’s the seasonings or if it’s an incense fragrance but it did not blend well with the smell of seafood. We were nauseous during our entire dining experience. Second, the restaurant does not allow you to order by half a pound nor do they allow any substitution for their signature combos. Lastly, the seasonings are not the best. The flavor was pretty bland. They do offer tamarind and spicy coconut but I’ve never tried it before and they were also unwilling to put a sample of the seasonings in a small dipping cup to try it. The customer service was alright however based off of the seafood boils we have in Chicago, this place was an extreme disappointment. The fries were pretty good though.

Uncomfortable experience as the family was eating and laughing at customers in their native language while all were intoxicated drinking wine. They would stare as people eating shrimp and laugh at those who are unpleased by the shrimp. Full head shrimp is the only option and they weren’t that great. Had a shrimp that had a crunch in it like it was a dirt chunk. Overall wouldn’t make another visit in the future nor recommend.

Spent over $100 on food here last night on September 1 a San Francisco special combo with an order of 1 pound of snow crab which consist of two snow crab clusters. They cheated me out and only gave me one snow crab cluster and when I called to make a complaint and let them know that they did not give me the accurate amount of food they try to argue with me and tell me that they wait out the food, and they waited for me to pick up the food and then cheated me out of one Snow crab cluster. I do not recommend eating here. They seem to not provide a great customer service. However, the food taste delicious, but I will never come here again due to the poor customer service that I received tonight, as well as the attack information that was given to me, and they would not provide me with the additional crab cluster that I was supposed to be given for the amount of money that I spent

We were in Vegas last November and decided to try the new place in town. Crab n spice is just getting ready for their soft opening at that time. They were nice enough to accommodate us. Their service is commendable. All the staff has this big smile on their face the whole night. The food were amazing and I would say they have a good serving compare to the other place. We really did enjoyed our time. One of the owner is actually the one that serves us that night. They made sure that we were satisfied with our orders. The crab were properly cooked, their clam chowder is one of the best. It’s indeed a good service and good food altogether. Highly recommended. Its definitely worth a visit.
