It’s a shame. Lost the entire beauty and special ambience that once existed in this building before Cabana Latina. Really the wrong venue for a Latin restaurant. Disappointing.

My fried fish, tilapia, was dry and over-fried, little to no meat. The Cuban sandwich was NOT a Cuban sandwich. Waitress stressed that “that is the way the restaurant makes it.” No ham, no pickle, no mustard, no Swiss cheese, dry roast pork, not pressed; +lettuce and tomato with mayo??? Waitress would not take back the sandwich. Would like this business to succeed. Must do better.

My favorite place to go get something to eat in Southampton! They have a plethora of different choices on their menu and literally everything on the menu that I have tried has been fantastic. They do have a nice bar and close pretty late in the summer. This is a good place to come grab some food and even some drinks. Come check this place out you will not be disappointed.

Clean nice and reasonable. Good latin food, Mexican flair. Plenty of parking. I had a cheese, onion & pepper quesadilla with orange soda. Ate in but they easily had quick prepared to go options.
