I ordered food online, it said pick up in 20 minutes. I arrived in 25 minutes, thinking that would be nice to give them extra time. I walked in to one patron in the entire establishment, and two workers. When I have my name they said it would be another 5-10 minutes. After I got my food 30 minutes after so was supposed to, the female bartender with a darkened teeth ( not trying to be rude, but I want management to know who it was) said thank you with a obviously sarcastic tone. I didn’t say thank you because I wasn’t grateful for the slow service. She said,” or not”. Are you serious? I didn’t complain, tell, or anything. I just took my food and left. You could have just let it be. Very poor customer service. Also the wings were over done, and not tossed in sauce. I wish I could take my tip back. Don’t waste your money.

Went there once last winter and it was really great. Came tonight (Friday night) at about 7:15 to sit outside. Not too busy. Must be short staffed as there was only one person to cover the patio outside and didn’t get to us for about 10/15 minutes. Then when she did catch up to us she told us the kitchen was now closed, drinks only, so we left. Need to pay better to keep more staff it seems.

Ordered a burger with fries. Wife got a taco salad. It was lettuce with Doritos. The meat in the taco was mush and disgusting. The was barely any meat. thank God. Last time we ever order from here.

The food was terrible I won’t eat there again. I order3d their cheeseburger. It was overcooked and dried out and it didn’t have the condiments on it that it set on the menu. They had American cheese instead of cheddar and the fries tasted like they were made yesterday and reheated. They were hard.

We went here to eat, drink and listen to live music. Walking in it was clean and a cool pub look. Lots of televisions. More of a sports bar than music venue. The performers were tucked away in a corner and there is no dance floor, so I wore my dancing shoes for nothing.

It is a great bar with good food. The wings and pizza are very good. It has many TVs for sports. Sometimes service is a little bit slow, but they are attentive and fun. I would recommend this place.

Will absolutely not go back to this place. I’ve been here several times. Before, they had great service and great food. The last two times I’ve come here, they had different bartender and waitress. The food came out completely wrong, and they we’re unwilling to make it right. Avoid Monday nights here!!

I didn’t get their names, but your day staff Sunday, the 5th, was amazing! They were overwhelmed with the Iowa basketball crowd, but both the floor server and bartender stayed on top of it. They busted their butts. We were impressed.

I was there this past Saturday with close to 40 people for my birthday. Called ahead, talked with front of the house manager. She was very accommodating and helpful as I told her what to expect with this crowd. The service was top notch! From the servers to the bartenders, all were very attentive to our party. I never felt like we had to wait for a drink or food. Everyone in the party was very happy with our experience and the food was very good. Hope to be back to enjoy the patio when the weather warms up!
