The cheese curds were great! But the prices are too high for what you get. Fish and Chips were not that good. The fries are the plainest frozen fries you can get and were over cooked. The Fish was too thin and overcooked so it was too crisp. They should do thick chunks of White Fish in this part of the state. The Cole Slaw was not good at all. For this price you expect top quality. The service was exceptional! The place has character and a great view on the backside.

We had a great evening & very tasty food here at the Cabbage Shed. Some of our party had the fish & chips, pork loin w/cherry balsamic sauce, and another had catch of the day. The shrimp appetizer & steak bites were also excellent. We waited out back overlooking the water, listened to live music, and even had bags games to play! Nice hostess, she even kibitzed back forth with our jokester Dad, our server was attentive.

Yum, yum, yum! I had the baked rigatoni and it was delicious! Most restaurants do not use garlic in their Italian dishes but this one does! The spinach dip appetizer was also really good! If you eat here you will not be disappointed. They even opened the deck so my friends and I could explore it. Great place I’ll come again!!

We have dined at the Cabbage Shed a few times now & we’re never disappointed. The food is unbelievably good, that is no exaggeration. The service is always on point & friendly. Their menu & prices are pretty reasonable. The views of Betsie Bay are worth stopping there alone. They also sell some pretty cool t-shirts. It’s one of our absolute favorite places to stop when in the area.
