Directly across from Mill Mountain Theater, dining here following a play is delightful, tasty and convenient. All food was excellent, except for the avocado pasta salad, which we all 3 ordered as a side. There was too much cheese sprinkled on it, and it became a cheese pasta, killing any avocado flavor. The service was excellent, the waiter was personable and hilarious, the atmosphere welcoming, but a little chilly in temperature, and the rest of the food superb. Absolutely giant screen TVs surround the tables showing different feeds. A very nice and comfortable place to dine and relax.

If you’re looking for an event venue that can provide you with tables, chairs, delicious food, and fabulous service, please consider booking with Cabo. I hosted a bridal shower at this location, and it was a huge success. Friendly staff, hot food (with lots of leftovers we got to take home), and a nice space in their loft. Thanks again for having us Cabo!

Short-staffed, way too noisy, not sure why it’s so popular. Good for them 🙂

In Roanoke for a limited time visiting and we were able to stop here before heading to Big Lick brewing. Great service right from the start and fun beachy atmosphere. There was seating on two levels and bar seats as well. The chips and salsa that come standard all seemed like they were prepared fresh that day and all of our entrees came out quickly without anyone having to wait an exorbitant amount of time like some others in the area. Plenty of drink specials and options from liquor to beer. Group favorites were the shrimp tacos hands down. Cheers!!

We were all really satisfied. Food was fresh and hot, my wife was very impressed. My taco salad was awesome, this is a more authentic type Mexican it seems than your normal Mexican restaurant. Salsa was like Pico de gaio (spelling) huge chunks of tomatoes, jalapeños, onions. It was good. Def check em out, our waiter was also prompt and friendly and helpful with any questions we had.

Stale chips, cheese dip was like lumpy paste, the fish on the taco was in greasy nugget form (3 little chunks per taco), the avocado pasta salad had zero signs of avocados, never got a refill of water, and when paying the $42 tab with a $100 bill was asked if I needed change.

Best tacos. We stop on the way from NY to Florida every trip. Worth the drive. Salmon honey soy Wasabi is a must.

The salad was horrid! Wilted greens, missing the tomatoes, mushrooms that tasted and looked like they needed to be composted and the chicken was bits of gristle, veins and fat that looked like the bits of bad chicken you’d cut off of and throw away. This was the worst salad I’ve ever seen or tasted—I picked through and tried to find some edible parts, which were few and far between.

Colorful building with a fun and colorful staff greeting and amazing food. Our waitress was super helpful explaining in more detail about the different tacos (we had a lot of questions) and the side dishes. Big steak burritos, beer batter whitefish tacos, steak tacos, chicken tacos, all seasoned and cooked right. Sides were tasty as well, cheddar jalapeno mashed taters, fried plantains a +++, we ordered 2 sides to go as well. The avocado pasta with parmesan cheese was my favorite. A perfect meal to end a rainy sightseeing day in beautiful downtown Roanoke. To our waitress Tori (if I have your name wrong correct me here!), you were the best. Keep up the great work, you will get what you want and certainly deserve!!
