I always know how to cook food fresh, when there is a complaint we try to solve it in the best way. But then people get angry and yell at us and insult us and that’s not fair. We have car service and sometimes people get upset and don’t think that this restaurant is not fast food service because if it were, we would have frozen food for them and it is not. We try to serve clients as they have arrived, we have never overcharged or something that the client does not ask for, when it is something extra we let them know so that they accept it or not. We always try to do our job well and serve the best food possible so that our customers are satisfied. We apologize if we have any inconvenience .. thanks for trying what we offer.

I went there for the first time and ordered flautas. I called in and asked for no salsa or anything on them. The guy on the phone said salsa doesn’t come on them but didn’t let me know sour cream and cheese do come on them. They interrogated me about what I asked over the phone so I got a refund. Customer service is important and if I ask what comes on my food you should tell me what does, not just what doesn’t. I don’t know if I’ll try to go there again. It’ll be a while.

Love their fries. Good customer service. The only negative is that surface is a bit slow. Maybe it’s because they’re making it fresh if you will but at the end of the day is tacos burgers and hotdogs. All of it is very good.

The food isn’t bad. We went through the drive through and it felt like a longer wait because usually when you order at a fast food drive-thru, it’s done quick. But it was a reasonable wait. The tacos were a good size and a cheap price. Not bad at all.

My only issue is the portions. I stopped by on Sunday, September 8th. Young man (owner’s son, I assume) took my order. Polite young man. I ordered 3 ground beef burritos. 27 dollars and change. Burritos should be sizable and outstanding for that price. That comes out to 9 dollars a burrito. Ala cart…no side dishes. Only 3 burritos…27 dollars and change. The food had good flavor. Service was decent. Portions small for the amount paid. Burritos were more flat than round.

Don’t get the food order right. Ordered NO TOMATOES to days in a row. Still got tomatoes and a bunch of them. This is disturbing and bad for business. And I called the second day to complain. They have no accommodations for the mess up. I’ve supported this business since they opened. The service is no good and food is ok.

I was driving by and decided I wanted to support a local restaurant. I was not disappointed. Food was quality prices were about average for the market. I was surprised by how large of a selection that they offered. They have standard Mexican food but also offered a lot of other different choices such as chicken tenders, burgers, hotdogs, etc. Really good Mexican food.
