We asked the lady at the counter what she recommends but I didn’t take her recommendation.. that was my mistake! -_- I wanted to try the Cacio E Pepe since the restaurant was named that and when I tell you I regretted this.. that’s an understatement.. the pasta had no flavor and the noodles were kind of sticky.. the bread stick was good though.. I didn’t even eat it I too two bits and threw it away.. but I’ll be back to try the other dishes because they did look good.

They tend to get busy so they don’t really answer for call in order however the Tequila pasta is amazing I prefer it with zucchini I’d recommend it this way! I wish I took a picture before mixing it up

Believe it or not, but one of the best steaks that I have had lately. Good choice of food items -see website for menu. They are located in a food court in the Windmill Food Hall. Dining is loud, many people, which enables a lot of people watching. There are many other food shops, glad I found this one.

Unfortunately we did not have a good food experience at Cacio. I had the chicken parmesan sandwich, it was like eating a thin breaded piece of dry cardboard; it was also missing the roasted cherry tomatoes, but I doubt that was going to make it any better. My wife had the Spaghetti Carbonara, it was better but not a good bite. The kids split a spaghetti and meatballs. I don’t have the words to describe it, but I will say they did eat the bread sticks.

I haven’t eaten here yet but the fact that they have their pasta listed as “noodles”, and that cacio e pepe (which is just pasta and pecorino) costs $13 is enough to tell me it’s another overpriced American-Italian food spot rather than authentic like they claim
