Lovely, intimate venue with mind-blowing food. The pancetta, peach, & corn risotto is summer on a plate. Would go back and just order that again. My other favorite thing was that it was a gentle, calm atmosphere, and we could *easily* hear each other talk. We had a great time with delightful food and really friendly service.

We called and were lucky enough to get 4 spots at the bar tonight. Our group proceeded to have a fabulous dinner and experience. The Pesto with chicken, Penne alla vodka, and 2 orders of the steak special were exceptional. We had a couple of bottles of a great Pinot that were available. Think of a well known restaurant in San Francisco or New Orleans where the chef is crafting great dishes. I’ve been to some of best places in both cities. Neither town has anything on this restaurant. Casio is the real deal. If you like great food and wine, get yourself and your crew in here soon. You will not be disappointed. Yes…..get in here !

After watching friends rave about this place for quite some time, we finally made it – and the expectations were exceeded. Hats off to a very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly staff. This quaint and intimate place has some of the very best Italian food in town.

Great food. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice wine. Cozy. Elegant. Had the heirloom tomato & stone fruit salad and Orecchiette pasta with house made sausage — amazing! Will be back to try the dessert menu.

My fiancé and I are so happy we found this hidden gem. We truly can’t say enough good things about the food, wine, or atmosphere at Cacio. It’s our go-to date night spot and probably will be for the foreseeable future. Highly recommend!

Had the most amazing Holiday Family dinner at Cacio. Everything that we had was extremely delicious and was prepared to prefection. I have never had a better short rib, tender and full of delightful, mouth pleasing juices and flavors.
