Nothing but positive things to say! I was skeptical as I am not a fan of Mexican food in America. However, this place is Mexican and Spanish cuisine. The vibes are nice, and they have limited outdoor sitting. I got a mango daiquiri with whipped cream, which was good. For appetizers, we got the Gambas and Tortilla chips with Guac. The Gambas was not what i thought it was, and the sauce it came in was a little bit too salty for my taste buds. I lived in Cameroon and what we call Gambas are huge prawns, so i was taken aback when i saw regular shrimp. Talk about a difference of what my expectations were and my reality . No fault of the restaurant! For dinner, I ordered the Paella Valenciana, which was okay, and my friend got the salmon with rice, veggies, and peppercorn sauce (needs to be bottled up and sold separately). Overall, it was a good time on a Saturday evening. I enjoyed myself, and surprisingly, the food was better than I expected. But the service was what i was impressed most by was wonderful!

My wife and I went here for dinner tonight. If you’re thinking about eating here just step inside and sniff. You’ll be immediately greeted with the smell of steak, shrimp, and lime….. it’s divine. My only complaint is that or steak and ground beef entries were slightly overcooked, but the flavors were amazing. The sides were fresh, and the chips and house made salsa were tasty. The staff, though busy, were friendly and helpful. The drinks were well made and my double came with the extra shot on the side (a nice touch). If you’re in Frederick and craving Mexican or Spanish food give thus place a shot!

Specializing in Mexican and Spanish cuisine, with a “dated” white tablecloth atmosphere. The service is friendly, the food came quickly, and it was hot a fresh. We got the steak and chicken fajitas for two ($45) and the queso dip. The chicken was cooked to perfection, but the steak was overcooked and chewy. The queso dip tasted like it was from a can or jar. Nothing was terrible, but nothing was great either. Our server was great, but a dirty table sat un-bussed for our entire visit. They weren’t very busy, so this was distracting to me. It’s a bit pricey for the quality of food in my opinion. Still, I’d eat there again, maybe try something from the Spanish portion of the menu.

My boyfriend took me here for my 23rd birthday, and the experience was amazing! I don’t remember our waiter’s name, but he and everyone else were so nice. I ordered the seafood saltado, which was amazing, and the queso dip as an app, and it was heavenly. Margaritas were strong (at least ours were that day). The host sneakily asked my bf if it was my birthday, and the waiters came out and sang happy birthday to me (I’ve never had that done to me before). 10/10 great place to go!

They just recently reopened after 4 months of renovations, still the same excellent food and service.

Beautifully decorated, clean. While I didn’t eat in the dining room, I walked through and it’s a fine dining appearance. We only had nachos so I can’t truely rate the food. There is a bar. Chill and calm spot. Our door seating available out front as well. I’ve been a few times for drinks.

Tried this place out for the first time. Food wasn’t so bad, but very small servings. The queso wasn’t even queso. And although it was our servers first day, supposedly, they should try to maintain a strict training system for the first timers. Overall okay, but probably won’t be back! Margarita was great tho…

My husband and I went for lunch here this past weekend. We were pleased with the service and atmosphere, but we were disappointed with the food we received. I got the fish tacos and I have made better at home. My husband got the chicken chimichanga and it was small for the price.

We were seated immediately and waited for 20 minutes before deciding to leave. The water bus boy was prompt, but we never spoke to a waiter or even saw one come to our area of the dining room. Epic fail.

Entered it with an open mind. It was darker than expected inside but I suppose it was trying to go for a romantic atmosphere. It threw me off at how pushy the staff was to get our order in. My niece and I went to go use the little girls room and was disturbed by the filth. You can tell the difference between that day mess and mess that has been there. Blood on the stall walls with dried dark streaks, dark spots on the floor, and just ew. On our way back, noticed that the chips and salsa are just stored on a shelf that has no temperature regulation above a bus tub for dirty dishes. When our food came out, we were let down. The portion did not match the price. We did not expect baked beans from a can as our refried beans. These beans had pork chunks that we were not expecting and turned our stomachs as we do not eat pork. The tortillas with the fajita were cold. My niece couldn’t eat most of her chicken tenders because they were so rubbery. We were not that impressed and have blacklisted this restaurant from places we will go back to. It was dirty and overpriced.
