If I could rate this 0 stars, I would. The food tastes disgusting and is unsanitary. Their customer service is extremely terrible and the lady was being so rude to me and my wife. And to top that all off, there was a hair in my chicken wings. I told my friends about this and they said they always find hairs in their food from this place. Absolutely sickening that these people don’t take sanitation seriously at all. Stay away from this place! Never coming here again!

So, I just ordered a cheeseburger deluxe and a grilled chicken sandwich. I opened the chicken sandwich because it did NOT look anything like chicken. I called them back to tell them I received the wrong thing and that grilled chicken is supposed to be a white breast and not a brown and pink glob of fat. They said that I did not state I wanted white chicken. Um…that’s literally what grilled chicken is. Anyway, they said we can bring the new sandwich but I have to pay for it and that they will take the old sandwich back. I asked why and they Honestly hand to God said “I have to pay again because I already bit into the sandwich THEY CANNOT RESELL IT”!!!! OMG They resell returned food!! Stay clear of this place!!! That is the most disgusting thing I have ever heard in my life!!!
