We were on our way to Tetons from Nebraska and decided to stop in Rawlins for dinner. All 4 of us thoroughly enjoyed our entrees and portion sizes were very generous. Side dishes were very good as well. I’d give a special shout-out to the sweet potato waffle fries and the snake bites, which I would highly recommend. They also had a hefeweizen on tap which was full bodied with great flavor. Overall good atmosphere, wonderful servers and great food, would definitely go again if passing through.

Breakfast burrito was disappointing. I got it smothered in green chili sauce but it was still extremely dry. You can definitely tell that the sauce was from the can. The three different meats had no flavor, some of the hash browns had burned pieces.

No one greeted us. Another employee told the waitress we were there but it was still almost 30 minutes before she got to us. The place wasn’t that busy. The best thing we had with our dinner was the fries & baked potato.

The sign was so faded it was hard to find, but it shares the same building as The Peppermill. But don’t let the sign fool you, this is great BBQ! We had the brisket sandwich and it was very tasty! The honey BBQ sauce was the best. Didn’t care for the Memphis sauce, and didn’t get to try the spicy sauce. Also had the chicken tenders and they were excellent also. Fries were hot and crispy. Finished with a brownie and vanilla ice cream and wow that was good! Couldn’t finish it all. Savannah was our waitress and she was awesome! So friendly and helpful, and kept our drinks filled. Prices were very reasonable, especially for the quality! Best BBQ in town!

Ridiculous. Walked in, our party was stared at. Waitress came out of the kitchen, stared, and said nothing. Took five minutes waiting for another waitress to let us know we could sit anywhere. Sat down, moved tables because of flies. Sat at another table for a few more minutes, still no service of any kind. So happy we walked out without giving this place our business. Found a Thai restaurant in town that was amazing.

We were so excited to eat after being on the road for a few hours, but were very underwhelmed. Ordered the chicken sandwich and all it was was two chicken tenders on a bun. The mac and cheese had no flavor at all and the salad was only a few bites. The waitress was the only worker here and she was a sweetheart.

We left after waiting over 1.5hrs for our food. We should have realized after it took them 20 minutes to take our order. For clarification, the place was not busy. Several tables who were seated after us also got their food before we left. We just kept getting told it’d be out “soon.”
