Great find! Wood fired pizza oven. Tried a pesto shrimp pizza that was wonderful. Extensive menu, friendly chill vibe. They made a plain hamburger for our pup- he recommends this place too!

Wife and I stopped for lunch. There were outside diners, but we opted for indoor. Server, Sandy, was fantastic. Great personality, took our order and was prompt in checking on us. Tried cheese curds which were very good, and homemade ranch dressing. Wife had pork chop sandwich with side salad (upcharge). Both were huge. I had pork tenderloin schnitzel sandwich. Both were awesome. Cooked perfectly, and plentiful. The chef (in my opinion because of her talents, creates, not just prepares) made a sauce for schnitzel that was delicious. A lot of homemade items that are taken for granted were such as sauces, dressings.

Ordered take out last night for dinner. I just moved to the area recently, and this was my first time here. My boyfriend is a local and has been here several times, he recommended their pasta. I ordered the Creamy Chicken Pesto Pasta and my boyfriend ordered the Cajun Chicken and Sausage. Mine was sooooo good! I wish I had taken a picture. I tried his and it was decent, but I don’t prefer a red sauce. However, he really enjoyed it and also ate both of our side salads. This was a lot of food and I’ll definitely be having the rest for lunch tomorrow. I was only there for about 5 minutes to pick it up, but I loved the atmosphere. Very small, but cozy vibes. Bartender was very friendly, but I can’t remember her name! 10/10 recommend, we will probably be back next week to dine in.

Had a nice family dinner Friday night. Although the place was very busy and we had a large party, the servers were attentive and enthusiastic. Most of us had the walleye or cod fish fry and enjoyed our meals, sides, and salads.

This is the second time I’ve been here and all I can say is this place is AMAZING! They made me feel like home from the second I walked in. I wish I lived closer or I would be a regular. I had pulled pork with cheese ravioli and it was delicious! The best part was surprisingly the bread stick that was better than Olive Garden!!! Waitress was a very very nice and accommodating woman!

Was looking for something good for Friday night dinner and definitely made the right choice. Got AYCE fish fry and the kid got meat raviolis. Both excellent. For the fish fry you can get both Walleye & Cod; you don’t have to choose which is great. The fish was moist and the batter taste amazing. Baked potato was perfectly cooked not burnt on the bottom and undercooked in the middle. The ravioli was excellent as well. The side salad was a good size with fresh toppings. Highly recommend to check this place out if your in the area or looking for a new place to eat at or try, you won’t be disappointed.

We stopped on a Sunday. They have a limited menu on Sunday. The service and food both 5 star. Prices are average bathrooms are clean. Nice little salad bar that’s included with dinner. If you are passing through Merango, it’s a nice little dinner spot.

2/25/23 if you want delicious homemade hot dinner this is the place! Quaint, excellent friendly staff, and the food is truly outstanding and my husband is a picky eater. Ordered ribs, fell off the bone, had salmon grilled to perfection w/ baked potatoes, fresh salad and homemade fish chowder soup… outstanding! We will be back again as this was our second visit.. we were not disappointed! Kudos to the chef and wait staff. If you go… enjoy and cheers!

Very popular little cafe with great food but you may have to wait a while to be seated since they are usually busy. Usually only 15 or 20 minutes tho and it is well worth the wait. The way to staff is very friendly.
