Cafe 24 hundred is a restaurant inside the DoubleTree resort. We decided to eat here while staying at this hotel instead of driving out. The restaurant was not busy during our visit, as it was practically empty minus the seats at the bar, which is where we sat as well. This review is for dinner only.

Outstanding food with huge portions! The service was just ok-not what is expected at a hotel of this caliber. Very long wait on drinks and another long wait to place our order even though the restaurant was not busy for a Friday night. Staff was very pleasant and apologetic.

I ordered 3 items to-go, in which 2 of the items had issues. They completely forgot to include one item, in which I had to run back to the restaurant to get; the other item in question was something that I did not even order. We did not touch the incorrect item and attempted to return it to the restaurant in the morning. The manager did not seem interested in correcting the situation and basically blamed me for not coming back a THIRD time last night to swap out the item. All-in-all I received a “credit” for the exact amount, down to the cent, of what the incorrect item costs. I basically had to prove myself to the restaurant manager and demand that I receive some kind of money back
