Fresh food. My fav is the duck! ( with the real duck sauce not the fake diluted one, this one from mr&mrs duck’s insides!!!!)The barbecue pork, the chicken.. the crispness.. the tenderness pretty much everything! With food this fresh, tasty, and genuine, we could easily eat here once a day. The excellent service matches the high quality of their menu. The owners of Cafe Bayon, a married couple, put in long hours to ensure their patrons’ satisfaction. The quality of their products, the authenticity of their Cambodian recipes, and the skill with which they prepare their food never cease to amaze us. We’d eat there more often if they were open later, but we get home from work at exactly the time they close at 5 o’clock. You can place a phone order for pickup up until the last minute before they close. If you’re waiting, your order has already been prepared.

Fresh, delicious and authentic, we could eat here every day! Their fantastic food is paired with great service. The couple who runs Cafe Bayon work hard to take care of their customers. They always impresses us with the quality of the ingredients, their authentic Cambodian recipes, and the expert preparation of everything they serve. If they stayed open later we would eat there more frequently, but we commute home just after they close at 5pm. It’s possible to call in an order in for pickup as long as you can manage to get there just before close. They will have your order ready and waiting for you.

I drive by here every day for work and never thought such good food was there! I got the beef satay banh mi and it was one of the single best sandwiches I’ve personally had. I ran out of roasted duck even though it was before lunch time, but the roast pork and BBQ pork were solid and delicious. I have absolutely nothing to complain about and I will be back again!

Best southeast Asian food in all of North Shore, MA. Ive tried the duck, chicken, pork rice plate. I tried their egg rolls and the skewers. Everything on the menu is straight delicious. My favorite from Cafe Bayon is there chicken sandwich and their naturally squeezed sugar cane juice

The banh-mi sandwich and rice plate dishes are all good and come with a sufficient portion. The menu and price in this google map are outdated. Still (relatively) very satisfying per price. A nice grab-and-go place rather than a dine-in place. Only a few tables in a small space and always many customers standing or sitting around. (Which is a good sign for a good restaurant)

Yum!!! I’ve passed by this place at least a hundred times. I happened to notice a great looking meal on Facebook and the poster tagged this restaurant. I thought to myself that the name sounded familiar. The next day I was at my listing in Lynn so I looked up the restaurant and low and behold, it was 4 minutes away. Totally meant to me.

Helpful Suggestions and great service overall. First time having Cambodian food. Wish I could take this place with me. The sandwich was amazing. Guy behind the counter helped a lot and chatted. Tried the sugar cane juice… Not sure how much I would drink it regularly, but was worth a try.
