I have been wanting to try this restaurants food for a couple years now. It did not disappoint. Yes you put your own order in on an iPad but if you have questions, you can stop and ask them. The pregnant lady in the front was very nice and helpful. I don’t need my hand held for everything so I don’t mind ordering on my own. FYI to avoid confusion, you will get a text when your food is ready. Only suggestion I have for this business is two text alerts so you also a text when the order is made so people can confirm it’s done which shows what you ordered if that’s possible. My mother who is an extremely picky eater ate all her food and kept saying she wanted to come back. The food we tried was the bourbon shrimp basket, Po boy and I had the jambalaya egg rolls with bourbon ranch fries. Everything was delicious.

When you walk in you have to order through a iPad. There isn’t a live person there to greet you or really answer any questions. They are all behind a glass wall working. I added my phone number as required when placing an order to receive a text message when my order was completed. About 40 mins later I got the txted and walked back inside the building. My order was not ready and I wait another 10 minutes. Eventually I shouted to someone behind the glass and asked why I’d been text and my order wasn’t ready? They explained it would be ready in a few more moments. Finally got me order and headed home. The shrimp and fries were delicious. The beignets were not. They were so thick like 3 slices of bread stacked on top of one another with some powdered sugar on top. I’ve absolutely had better. I’d give my over all visits a 6 out of 10. Customer service is important and it seems to be Don away with there by being behind the glass and nobody greeting people. Very transactional. Also the wait time for shrimp/fries being almost an hour is wild. 6/10

The young lady I spoke with Bebe she was down to earth funny and we had a great conversation waiting on my food. The food was everything and some, nice & hot with spices hitting on point. I will be back to try more options on the menu.

I was looking forward to this new Cajun restraint. I got the jambalaya rolls to try their food. At $11 before taxes and tips, this is overpriced imo. This is based on the taste and the size. Also, they charge 75 cents for sauce. It would make sense if their other menu items are lower but at that price point sauces should come free. I don’t recommend.

Food was hot and good. The bourbon sauce was really tasty. The shrimp are pretty large plus the fries, so the plate is filling.

I came here because I love the food truck that’s usually in triton yards. They’re not quite as good yet, but they just opened up and I know it’s a matter of time.

If you’re hungry, go somewhere else. Don’t get me wrong the food is great. But for a place that only serves two flavors of wings (and even then the bourbon street wings are just the Cajun wings with sauce) I was surprised that it took 30+ minutes for me to get my food. The workers spent more time talking or on their phones than working.

The food was incredible! Service to match. I ordered the Bourbon Shrimp and an additional couple of pieces of bourbon glazed chicken. Will definitely be back!
