Saw it on Instagram and so we came for lunch! Best choice ever! The service was so good and friendly, and while it felt a bit pricy we got a lot of food and it was all homemade and delicious it was well worth the price and we were supporting a family business!!

Wow, what a hidden gem! The best meal of our trip to Idaho. The owner could tell we were first timers so he came back from behind the counter and talked to us through the entire menu. Amazing service and attention to detail. The salads and sandwiches.. and agua frescas were terrific. All made in a kitchen that does sing!

We passed on all the downtown options due to the ratings of this place. It is absolutely well worth the 12-15 minute walk, and deserving of the 5 stars. The owner greeted us, explained the menu, was not shy about offering samples! I had the cubanito in a sandwich (you can get it as a wrap) with a side of mango bean salad, tasted so good. All of the chilled salads are in the case at the register, difficult to choose. My wife had a lentil green apple soup that was so silky smooth. Everything tasted freshly made, mild spice level and authentic. There are two large drink concoctions at the register, hibiscus and lemonade I think. Mix them together at the owners recommendation made a perfect refreshing drink. 100% will return. PS it’s on the lower level of the shopping center in the middle.

I’m speechless. We had all 6 sides after the owner walked us through each one, including the countries of influence. Also had a couple quesadillas and he brought over some very spicy salsa (yum). Then we got one of each of their special drinks. The chef is no joke, every single thing was so phenomenal. It’s top 3 best meals I’ve had since I’ve lived in idaho. Very fresh, very friendly, very welcoming, and very delicious. I cannot recommend this spot more and look forward to returning in the future.

LOVE this place! Fresh, delicious Latin inspired cuisine. I get the LaPotena Wrap with Pork, Quinoa Salad and whatever soup they have. Get there before 12:30 they usually run out of the soup.
