I had a big craving for ceviche today and so my partner & I decided to check out this neighborhood spot! The ceviche mixto did not disappoint! It was refreshing and light but very filling. The chunks of mango tossed with shrimp, fish, and calamari were such a delicious surprise. The chile de árbol added some heat, but it did not overpower the ceviche. The ceviche is served with the tastiest homemade chips. We also ordered horchata and pineapple agua fresca, which were so refreshing on this hot summer day. Both drinks were the right amount of sweet (not too sweet)!
