Cafe Con Leche, is a family owned business located in Hollister, CA.
Starting with the iconic Cafe Con leche mobile espresso bar, parked on the side of HWY 25. Now with hard work and dedication, owners have been putting their all to keep business growing and were able to open a brick & mortar location across from San Benito superior court. They are also branching out to do their own coffee roasting in house.
So if you need an event to be cater, or your looking for fresh roasted beans, or may be you just want to come sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee to our location. You are more than welcome.

Cafe con leche is an outstanding mobile barista service! We have them cater our monthly office events and are so happy with the quality of service (amazing memory recall of everyone’s names) and menu… they make a delicious oat milk latte.

Randomly stopped by Cafe con Leche at the smell of freshly brewed coffee. This was at the Farmers Market location. I was quickly greeted by Edgar the owner and barista. I asked for Mexican coffee he quickly suggested a Cafe de Olla or Mexican Mocha. Since it was a warmer evening I went for iced Mexican Mocha. I also ordered a strawberry slushy for a friend..both drinks were soo delicious and refreshing!! Great customer service, and amazing coffee. Definitely recommend this place!!

Went to visit this place while we were in town to see family. Diana was so friendly and the coffee was delicious! Me, my sister, and my brother-in-law were so pleased, we tried returning the next day before flying out, but it was closed. We def plan to stop here on our next visit!

Honestly, this coffee is lack luster. I came in with such high expectations just to be disappointed. FYI if you’re in a rush, parking is beyond inconvenient. If I could put zero stars, I would. Do your self a favor and go to Java, Starbucks, or even Dutch bros.
