Beyond impressed!! The atmosphere is perfect for a quality dinner. Great service by a staff that obviously cares about their business. We had an appetizer, dinners, and desserts… This is something we seldom do, but we simply wanted to keep trying the food. We found out that all sauces are made individually for each plate!!! WOW! This will for sure be our new “date night” restaurant!

This cafe, part of THE LUMBER BARON, NICE atmosphere. Lots of home brews to try. Waiter was very polite and helpful. Prices weren’t expensive. The night we visited, a Sat., they were totally out of their filets and NY strips, that was upsetting as that is what we went for. Only other “steak “on the menu was tenderloin tips. What we did order was very good though.

Their food is so good and isnt heavy. It might be silly to rave about there side vegetables, but their side vegetables are so bright, well seasoned, and absolutely delicious. I always order an extra with my meal to take home. They’re gelatos are good too, the coconut one is at least, but their portions are a little small for the price when it comes to the soup. Otherwise I would definitely recommend it as a yummy hole in the wall in Bay City!

The service was slow. Meals and appetizers were all over priced, with not a good selection for anyone who doesn’t like pasta or seafood. We saw the waiter twice through the whole meal. I ordered the soup, and when it finally came, there was a bug floating it in. I will never dine there again.

Generally an OK experience. The food took an hour and a half (a couple sat down after us ate and paid before we got our food) and was average. Ambiance is nice. Three stars mainly out of empathy and my general desire to support local businesses.

Went today for lunch. The waiter wouldn’t let us substitute alfredo for marinara. He said they don’t allow substitutions on the weekend even though we’ve done it every other Saturday we’ve gone in the last year. Paid a lot of money for food we didn’t really want or enjoy. I guess we won’t be going back.

Cafe Cremosi may not have that five star frontage that you feel you need to walk into so you’ll be seen as someone who only frequents an establishment that “appears” five star, but seriously……what good is a beautiful appearance if once you get inside, order your food and realize the food stinks? You’ll be upset, your woman will be angry at you for picking that place, your wallet will not be happy when it’s empty and your tummy will be growling because it’s still hungry and sad because YOU dropped the ball and had to pick a place that “looked good” rather than served great, satisfying, tasty food. That is what Cafe Cremosi is all about. Simple, don’t ya think? A restaurant that serves good food? What a concept! How do I know? I’ve been there more than once. Their menu is simple, but elegant, short and sweet, not complicated. I prefer a menu that doesn’t bombard me with endless choices. Endless choices means mindless minutes trying to decide what to have. What do I want? I can’t decide! I want to scream! Ahhhhh! At Cafe Cremosi the choices are premo. There are no bad choices to be made. No mindless minutes spent. More time with your sweetie, more time talking and enjoying your meal and your day. Slow down. Savor your food. Think Cafe Cremosi. I know you’ll be pleasantly pleased. If you’re not then you didn’t open your heart to the experience of allowing the “new” into your life and that is sad. I love the food here plain and simple and the service isn’t bad either. Wait time will depend on the day and time you visit. That’s your decision and is usually the case with any visit to any restaurant these days. I gotta go now. I’m going to Cafe Cremosi. May 16, 2017. I Have an update to report. I am upset to say that upon my latest visit to Cafe Cremosi I was disappointed to find the establishment empty and deserted. No, postings, no indication of what happened, no closed sign, just an empty building where a restaurant once stood. I recently found out through a friend that Cafe Cremosi has relocated to Midland St at the old Lumber Barons location in Bay City. You dropped the proverbial ball proprietors of Cafe Cremosi. Why you’d relocate and not leave some sort of sign or notification at your old location is odd at the very least and inexcusable in my opinion. It has made me rethink my whole opinion about how the owners of Cafe Cremosi feel about their customers and treat them as well. Not a good way to leave your loyal followers hanging, nor a good advertisement for potential new customers. I am disappointed in Cafe Cremosi personnel.

This has been the worst dining experience of my life. The food has taken more than 2 and a hal hours to arrive. DO NOT COME HERE. The waiter says they are swamped in an almost completely empty restaurant.

Food was delicious. Be prepared to wait as everything is made from scratch. Nice wine selection and good company selection makes the time fly by.
