This is a very old building and somewhat run down in the historical section of Marco Island. The surroundings did not impact the service we received or the meal. Everything was cooked to our liking and the special desert was awesome. My husband had the fresh catch of the day, Tripletail and I had the Chicken Franscese.

outstanding!!!! excellent service, food is unbelievable. great atmosphere and did I mention that the service is excellent. Even the lovely lady who answered the phone to take my reservation was kind, happy to assist me, not like some of the other restaurants that say hello and put u on hold for 20 minutes. LOVED IT. don’t forget to check out their desserts menu, you won’t be sorry☆☆☆☆▪︎☆

Quaint little restaurant. Had nice atmosphere. Waitresses definitely hustled to keep things moving. Food had good flavor and appearance. However the amount of seafood seemed pretty minimal in both the entrées and the Lobster Bisque.

Excellent restaurant. Have been there many times with family and friends. Service,Scott, was awesome and food was delicious. The portions were large and they carefully wrapped our leftovers for us. Had the grouper and prawns plus the lobster bisque. Didn’t have room for dessert. Would highly recommend

We ate here last night for dinner. It had probably been at least 15 years since we had been here last. My husband and I both had the prawns. The service was very slow although the maitre d, possibly the owner, did come over and tell us that one of the staff had called in sick so they were short-staffed. If you like prawns I would say this is a great place to go. Other than that there are many other restaurants around with more ambience such as on the water, or outside with a nice view, when you can get a good meal for the same price.

Great dinner at Cafe de Marco. Our group of four had the Lobster bisque soup (delicious – would love even more lobster chunks), three different types of salad (house and berry salads were better than the wedge), two orders of specialty prawns (like lobster but less chewy – $49 each), the vegetarian plate (she loved it) and the Tripletail de Marco style (well cooked and tasty). Only demerits on dinner was the rice could have been cooked better on all the dishes. Was hard in spots. Overall, a great meal.
